The Donald Duck cartoon is not baned, it's on the Disney Treasures: The Chronological Donald Volume 2 DVD, though not on the main section of the dvd, it's in a submenu called "from the vault" which has about 8 WWII Donald Duck propaganda cartoons. yep and in 30 years the DVD will be released again. effin disney. Probably there big fear is that some newspaper can slap a picture of Donal heiling his tail off and say the already oft-rumored antisemetic Walt Disney was pro-nazi and news like that dont push Alladin 4 or Beauty and the Beast 3 off the shelves. btw, my spoon is too big

i never understood the stereotype of cartoon african americans with Big lips and always eating Watermelon. even for regular Racism, that's really harsh. Well for one cartoons always over exaggerate and generally speaking alot of black people have big lips.nothing wrong with it. and the watermelon and chicken thing was because back in the day watermelon and chicken were cheap as dirt so thats what they ate. Kind of like how soul food is the parts of the animal nobody else eats because thats all they had.

I believe Ren and Stimpy was banned from Nickelodeon for some time. Or maybe it was just that they didn't want it on anymore.
I don't really know. All I know is that I was pissed without my Ren and Stimpy. Rocko and Angry Beavers tied me over, but it's just not a whole set without Ren and Stimpy.

My son watches them. (Though not Ren and Stimpy - he's still a little young to pick up most of the jokes.)

MTV2 has been showing Ren and Stimpy, and various other Nicktoons due to their affiliation with Nickelodeon, probably to advertise for that stupid Sic'emation.

i miss Rocko's Modern Life. A gay wallabee, a woody allen turtle, a dumb cow raised by wolves and the greatest neighbours in animation: The Bigheads *sigh* Hugely underrated.

Ren and Stimpy were gay. Sort of.
John K never really specified. I think he actually said, "when the situation called for it, yes they are gay."

Rocko's not gay. there were quite a few episodes of Rocko trying to get girls. they're also quite a few in-gay jokes between Heffer and Rocko. Also, it's like mandatory that animated characters go get girlfriends. It doesn't mean they want to

The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson is on a syndicated ban, atleast in NYC. It'll likely never show again here unless with edits. Though it has been shown again in other areas like SF and Boston.
Streetcar named Marge probably wont be seen for a while. Considering New Orleans was already offended by the episode, chances in this decade, id say none.

city of new york vs. homer simpson still hasn't been shown in the u.k. since 9/11 to the best of my knowledge. Also, the episode where Homer get's that subliminal messages tape. The bit where Marge contemplates "hostage negotiatior" was cut until last year or so.

Anything that contains Daffy Duck hitting Hitler over the head with a mallet doesn't derserve to get banned. Why can't we do this nowadays?. I'd love to see Bugs Bunny give OBL a swift kick in the junk.
