If you google "censored cartoons", you can find a lot of great ones, including the Censored 11, some of which were WWII propaganda toons like these.
There are also a lot of ones I remember as a kid where the violence go excised long after I saw them.

I remember seeing an old Bugs Bunny/Yosemite Sam short set in the South.
In one bit Bugs trie get past Sam(Cause bugs is a damn Yankee and shall not enter the South) dressed as a Black Save which as always Sam falls for and tells Bugs sing a song of the south and then bugs sings 'Yankee Doodle' which upsets Sam and Sam verbally threatens Bugs and then (And I think this is wear the banned bit is.) Bugs starts telling 'PLEASE DON'T WHIP ME MASTER!'. And suddenly Bugs dressed as Abraham Lincoln comes up and says to Sam 'Whats all this I hear of you Whipping Slaves?'

We've gotta whole mess o' tapes in my house with old anti-nazi cartoons & ones featuring black & white "Sambo" characters, all in really poor taste. Wish I could find 'em & list a few names.

Anyone ever see the SNL "TV Funhouse" lampooning this very topic? I forgot the specifics, but it involved the whole "From The Vault" thing Disney does.

LOL - absolutely. It's also a good slap at Disney and their policy of releasing and then taking back videos so you'll pay more when they "re-release" them.

There are also a lot of ones I remember as a kid where the violence go excised long after I saw them. Here's one I found doing a search... "Fresh Hare" (Freleng; 1942): CN: The end of this cartoon has Bugs proclaiming his last wish in a chorus of "I Wish I Were in Dixie", which is followed by Bugs, Elmer Fudd and the Mounties all in blackface singing "Camptown Races". On CN, Bugs starts to sing "I Wish I Were in Dixie", and the picture quickly dissolves to the end card. TBS, TNT: Same blackface scene eliminated in two ways: a fake "iris-out" after Bugs sings "I Wish I Were in Dixie"; or the footage of Bugs dancing was replayed as the sound from the end of the cartoon proceeded as normal, which did not look right at all. Video: Some public domain videos and DVDs, including ones in the Cartoon Explosion series, also edit the ending. I think I had that episode unedited on a tape my parents bought me. It was some kinda Bugs Bunny collection.

The Donald Duck cartoon is not baned, it's on the Disney Treasures: The Chronological Donald Volume 2 DVD, though not on the main section of the dvd, it's in a submenu called "from the vault" which has about 8 WWII Donald Duck propaganda cartoons.

I used to have a couple of these....I'm a mark for the wartime propaganda cartoons just for their historical value (Not that I agree with their racist or stereotypical views, Japan is my absolute favorite country on earth and i love the people and their culture) but, there's a Popeye short called "You're A Sap, Mister Jap!" and one with Bugs Bunny vs the japanese called "Bugs Nips the Nips"
Anyone remember "Mammy" from some of the Tom and Jerry cartoons? A big, Aunt Jeminah-ish black woman with huge black hands (with bright white palms of course) who would chase Tom out of the house with cries of "THOMAS, YOU IS OUT OF THIS HOUSE! O-W-T, OUT!"

Kinda like the Crows from Dumbo "I AINT NEEEVAAAAAHHH SEEN A ELEPHANT FLYYYYYYYYYY!"
