BRV: Harbaugh should have called a timeout before Cundiff's attempt. It felt like they rushed that kick attempt too quickly. My memory is foggy, but I'm not sure he had a timeout left to spare. Don't think they did...and they were clearly waiting for Belichick to call one to freeze him. When he didnt, it got rushed.

I just watched a clip of the field goal attempt online and yes, the Ravens did have one timeout remaining when Billy Cundiff trotted onto the field to attempt the game-tying kick. As an aside, I remember watching that live and thinking the Patriots were going to burn a timeout to freeze Cundiff, and I wasn't watching the game with tremendous audio, so when he hooked the field goal, it pretty much took until Tom Brady's final kneel down for the realization to set in that the missed field goal happened and wasn't negated by a Patriots timeout.

I think coaches out think themselves in situations like these because your just giving the kicker a chance to calm down.

As someone whose senior thesis in college was on the Duke Lacrosse scandal, count me in as extremely interested in "Fantastic Lies".

ESPN tried to get OJ for that one but he wouldn't talk
Additionally, revealed plans for an April 30 for 30 highlighting the mid-90s Orlando Magic teams with a documentary produced by teammates Shaquille O’Neal and Penny Hardaway (which hopefully spends a lot of time on Blue Chips). There will also be a summer film from Judd Apatow and Michael Bonfiglio on the relationship between Darryl Strawberry and Dwight Gooden.

That Duke lacrosse one is gonna be fascinating on about 1000 different levels. Might be the most intriguing one they've ever put out

OJ? Do we really need to dig up the bones on that dead horse and beat it some more? What the hell else could there possibly be left to say.

I'm interested in all these new ones.
Saw the Bills last night, and wow... I had forgotten how big of a fan I was of this team growing up. Poor Scott.

I wonder if they'll paint Buddy Ryan as a sympathetic figure or if they'll go full "Houston '93" and blast him as the villain whose arrogance undermined what should have been a dynasty.

I never understood the hype on Mongo in WCW, even now when going back and watching the old Nitros and PPVs. After watching the 30 for 30, I can understand it. Last year on the Bears was 93 and he came in WCW in '95 so he still had some juice left when it came to popularity.
Also it's really sad what these guys are going through health wise. The hits these guys took are probably more brutal than what we see now.
