Think about the end there, they wasted 3 seconds on punt by not calling for a fair catch, another 3 or 4 on the first offensive play getting to the line after it was over and a couple more on the next play. They really should have had 1, if not 2 more plays with the potential to be closer, if not even take a shot down the field. Just no one there seemed to care. That was sad.

I am only watching the ticker on NFL.com, but are the Jets actually better than I thought or are the Patriots even worse than I thought? How is this game even close, let alone have the Jets in the lead? As much as I hate to give the Jets credit they played really well this game especially Geno Smith. They were able to run well and had managible pass plays. They were able to keep Tom Brady off the field.

They shouldn't have gone for the onside kick in the first place. If they just kicked off and held the Pats around thier own 20 after the Pats punt the Jets could have started at thier own 20 instead of the 10.

Ok, now that I've calmed down and broken what needed to be broken flipped the coffee table and scared my dog. That game was intense and I can't wait to see how the NY media spins it to claim how much of a loser franchise the Jets are like they love to do (Looking at you Espn NY and NY post).

I'll be fair to the Jets, all but one game has been a close loss all year. They're a better team than they let on, but they can't finish a game to save their lives.

I think a big part of the problem is the level of bravado that Rex Ryan showed during the couple of seasons when the Jets overachieved. The same media that he ran to at every chance he could simply turned on him when the good times ended.

Kinda like how they spent 2 days splooging all over Green Bay's "improved" defense that beat a Vikings team missing their #1 RB, #1 TE and playing a third string QB on a thursday night?

Coach Marvin Lewis acknowledged Friday that A.J. Green (toe) still has no timetable for return.

damn ok well the tweet didn't show.
Jay Glazer is reporting the Seahawks have traded Percy Harvin to the Jets for a conditional pick??
Ok this makes no sense to me unless Harvin has a medical issue.

Just heard on the radio that Percy Harvin has been traded to the Jets. @rapsheet: The #Jets have traded for #Seahawks WR Percy Harvin, source confirms (as @jayglazer reported). Compensation is conditional mid-rounder

Harvin must be about to get suspended for something or another.

Hey, Percy, what's it like going from the Hawks to the Jets?

This is shocking. Mid season trades almost never work out and he seemed like a big part of the Seahawks offense. This seems like a lose lose trade to me.

Yeah, something's gotta be up with Harvin if the Seahawks got rid of him like that.

Percy to the Jets! What I'm at a loss for words, what did he do to get shipped off like that? (This is coming from a life long Jets fan) Geno will now have 3WRs a TE and a running game lets see what he's made of now; no more excuses now.

The guy had crummy stats but you still had to account for him on every play. Him being a headcase appears to be true.

At least now the "Jet sweep" name makes sense.
