BlueJay, brother the entire thing is making money. The B1G, the. PAC 12, Big XII, SEC nd ACC don't give a shit about preserving the high standards of performance when it comes to getting into money games. The money is the important thing. Whoever it may be (if they chose not to send someone) will be left out because they wouldn't draw. Neither Minnesota nor Nebraska sold 4,000 bowl tickets last year but i can't imagine them leaving Nebraska or Minnesota out though. Illinois is probably the weakest of the bowl eligible teams but with a bowl game in Detroit it'd make sense for them to go there. Same with Penn State and the NYC bowl game. If anyone's left out, all signs point to Rutgers. Illinois fans are pissed that Beckman get extended and, for the most part, are apathetic about a bowl game. I wouldn't be surprised if it is them.

So I've read that Brian Griese is claiming to be close to the Michigan coaching search and it will be a long and deliberate process, Colin Cowherd is claiming to be close to some major college agents and they are telling him there is a huge, shocking name that will emerge this weekend as the front runner for the Michigan job if not getting the job and that Brady Hoke is going to CSU. Ugh. Cowherd's sources also said there was no way LeBron was going to Cleveland. I'll wait for this surprise name before I even think about anything Cowherd says. I still think Harbaugh is a contender, but I wouldn't bet my meager life savings on it.

I have to admit that part of me really wants to see Georgia Tech win on Saturday and this is coming from a fan of both UGA and FSU.

It's like the last NASCAR race for me. I want to see all the top teams fail, and then have the committee freaking out, asking, "Who do we pick?!!!!"

Seems to be rumors heating up about Muschamp to SC...
Please just let us keep Ward away from the DC position and keep him as a recruiter..

If Muschamp goes to SC, I shudder to think what Auburn will come up with as their second choice. They don't exactly have a great history of smart hiring practices (See: Chizik, Gene. Malzahn, Gus).

Northern Illinois gets some revenge for last year I'm still pissed about that game. All will be well if Boise State trips up tomorrow against Fresno State.

lot of empty seats in the Pac 12 title game Yes. Pac 12 fans are not the same sort as most the rest of us. Besides that game is at a site very neutral to either team. Atlanta was made into a destination, so the SEC fans don't mind one bit when they have to travel. They appreciate having a seat. Big XII fans used to have the rotating site for theirs, but settled on Dallas just when the gem got canned. But the fans filled that one BC it was a draw and usually very very good. The B1G fans fill up Lucas Oil stadium pretty well. Travel is shorter in that conference so the passionate fans travel well. That and thee ain't a whole lot of wild excitement to be had in the mid west whereas California is chocked full of it.

Mariota with the touchdown, and it's a 2 score game.
I think Oregon's trying to see how many false starts they can get.

Oregon is up 2 touchdowns even though they're doing everything they can to keep Arizona in the game.
And yet, Arizona can't capitalize on said mistakes.

This isn't a conference championship game, this is a comedy of errors.

The 2 people throwing footballs into giant Dr Pepper cans has been the best football we've seen in this game.

So, does this prove the theory that Oregon's injuries had more to do with the loss in the first game to Arizona than anything else?
