...I don't know what a Total Film is, but I really hope they f***ed up and that's a typo or a mistake. Because War Hammer is a terrible name for a superhero. Something about War Machine just works in my head. War Hammer sounds like some early Image bullshit. He'll totally be called Warhammer you guys.

More from Joe.
Infinity War is all IMAX. Civil War is about 20 minutes worth.

Well apparently possible spoilers are out about the ending of Civil War... {Spoiler}And as I called it, if true, the movie starts with Peggy's funeral and ends with Steve Rogers staying true to the material.
The possible big news is that they've filmed three endings with different characters picking up the shield.
Bucky. Falcon. Agent 13.
Who's it gonna be boys? Who's gonna be Cap leading into Infinity War? It's also possible they're just messing with us and Cap lives so we'll see.

Well, {Spoiler}If it's true, then I am very disappointed with the idea of Bucky or Falcon leading the Avengers into Infinity War. It needs to be Rogers and I want to hear Evans deliver "Avengers Assemble" and "As long as one man stands against you, Thanos, you can never claim victory."

{Spoiler} I personally think this is a mistake if it's true.
Whomever picks up the shield wont even get a chance to be Cap before the IW movies, and then that whole film will just be the audience waiting on Cap's return, not to mention the fact they have no Earth based films to even do much regarding Cap being dead. It would be utterly pointless.
If they need to kill him off, do the sacrifice play in IW and stop following shock value comic plots that undermine the impact of any death as everyone just mutters 'he'll be back soon.'
Granted, they could just keep Steve dead and go forward with a new Cap and not bring him back at all for the Thanos showdown, but that just wouldn't be satisfying.

Steve has to pick up the Mjolnir.

So yeah. Cap'll be dead and return in the after credits of Infinity War pt.1
And my money is on Agent 13 getting the Shield because they'll get way more positive pub for that one.

{Spoiler}I'm still sticking with my original theory that none of the Big Three are alive post-Infinity War Part 1. Bucky will lead a rag tag group of Avengers as Cap after Civil War while Iron Man leads the government approved Avengers.
Cap bites a bullet at the hands of a brainwashed Agent 13. (Who's to say Zola and Faustus didn't have their brainwashing work continued past Bucky? I'm sure they had other Hydra agents continue their work.)
Thor sacrifices himself to stop Ragnarok which leaves Hulk to return to Earth with the news.
Iron Man sacrifices himself to hold off Thanos at the end of Infinity War Part 1 while the rest of the Avengers escape to regroup. The Guardians of the Galaxy are shown arriving at Earth in a credits scene.
Then in the big battle with Thanos, either Gamora or Nebula steal the gauntlet from Thanos and use it to revive the fallen heroes. Caps shield flies from offscreen to smack Thanos in his big head, we see the Big 3 standing side by side, then we get that big money catchphrase we've all been waiting for.
They don't even need to stay alive after the battle if they wish to write them out. It can just be temporary.

{Spoiler}You know that part in the trailer where Bucky is beating up Iron Man and he apparently mouths "Steve's dead", if lip readers are to be believed? That now doesn't sound as crazy as first thought due to the plot spoiler.

It definitely doesn't sound crazy but I didn't think they'd put something like that in the trailers either.

If it were up to me I'd have Cap, Stark, Thor, and Bruce remain alive obviously into Infinity War. You can still have an emotional death if they decided to have Hawkeye and Rhodey bite the dust, we all know Natasha isn't going to die anytime soon and will be among the dead during Infinity War.
But I have to ask though. If the spoilers are true then what's the point of Stark's vision in Age of Ultron? That's kind of why I am on the fence about the spoiler in Civil War actually happening. Because in order for the moment to mean something then that vision needs to actually happen in my opinion. It won't have the same dramatic or emotional undertone if the Civil War spoiler actually happens.
