The Network should totally host their own shoot series, all hosted by Austin. Taker HHH Steph Kane Jericho are musts It wouldn't work with anybody else but Steph and HHH. Nobody else is trapped by the possibility of being sued into oblivion.

That was incredible. Nothing on the Network is going to top that for a while. I wish we could get a two-parter with Vince with no time limits.

That was great, Austin is a god among men. He didn't pull any shit and it made that interview one of the best I've ever heard him do.

This needs to become a monthly, regular thing. Maybe my favorite thing on the Network so far (besides "free" WM, of course).

Did he explained his heat with Savage? Austin asked if he'll be in the hall of fame, Vince gave a very uncomfortable yes and they sat on it in silence for a while before they moved on.

I thought it was fun to see them shoot the shit at the end, but Vince's clear lies at the beginning and ranting about Millennials was annoying and got them nowhere.

As I said earlier, Vince could do this once a month and it would be must-watch programming. That would sell more subscriptions than most of the on-demand content on the Network.

Did he explained his heat with Savage? Nah. I wish SCSA pushed him more on that.

I don't think it was uncomfortable at all. Austin barely got the question out and Vince was damn near jumping out of his seat to say yes. Honestly looked like it thew Austin off and he scrambled to come up with a follow up.

"I'm not out of touch, some people say I'm out of touch but they're just critics."
Solid deflection. I would love a "director's commentary" version of tonight's Raw with Vince explaining the decisions behind that show and try not to sound out of touch.

I don't think Vince will ever do that again unfortunately.

The big draw of this was "Will Austin trap Vince into slipping up and give Punk that final bit of ammo that will let him sue Vince into Oblivion?" And I kind of feel like that's been used up now.

The WWE should really consider doing a post event talk show, like they did for Breaking Bad and Walking Dead.

For f***s sake, Steve should've pressured him, now we'll never know what happened (not the Stephanie rumor) but the reason why Vince never did business with Savage and why it got awkward when Steve asked him about Randy being in the HOF

What I took away from this:
- Vince needs to step down. - Vince is a liar. - I still loathe Vince McMahon, but the bastard is fascinating. - Austin is a hell of a guy.

Its an easy follow up. Just ask him about this weird silence there was about Macho compared to everyone else in the years following the death of WCW where they went back to embrace their history.

Vince is such a fascinating man. It seems like the pre-"Mr. McMahon" Vince from the early 90s is pretty close to his actual personality. He might make some stupid decisions, but he has an interesting way of thinking.
