I had resigned myself to Reigns, but thought Ziggler/Lesnar could be a WM moment.. But, HELLO, WWE couldn't offer a better match than Bryan/Brock.

Daniel Bryan vs. Lesnar would be perfect, so it clearly won't happen. We'll get Batista vs. Lesnar first.

I hope so because I'll be DAMNED if we get another Bryan/Authority storyline, f*** I'm off that. Bryan needs to go against Lesnar.
Knowing this dumb company, they'll still try to do the Bryan/Sheamus match they've been trying for so long.

The Summerslam match that would have kicked 100x the ass that we were robbed of.
Do it on the bigger stage!
lol Roman Reigns is f***ed in Philly.

Maybe if somebody made a wager, that would help.

What if Bryan vs. Rollins instead. Stipulations would be: if Bryan wins, the Authority goes away forever; if Bryan loses, he's done.

Having the title for that would seem like overkill though, which I think is what people really want. Not to mention that it's a rehash of Survivor Series' stipulation essentially. Man bringing the Authority back already was dumb.

I'd prefer this instead of "Unstoppable beast deemed more powerful than God" vs "185 pound guy coming off of major neck surgery" in a Disney believe in yourself and you can do anything ending

"We need to make sure that neck's healed properly. The surest way is to have someone who might be the next stage in human evolution drop you on your head for twenty minutes."
WHY do people think this would be a good idea?

if Bryan's healthy enough, then there's only one answer.
although i do believe some new guy (Reigns, Ziggler , Ambrose) needs their moment in WM. Bryan already his at the biggest WM ever.

I'll bet the "REIGNS' LEG WAS UNDER THAT TABLE!!!!1!!1!!!!" angle is to set up a surprise return for him in the Rumble to assure a pop of some sort.

I was thinking it was to set up something of him withdrawing from the Rumble to face Show so they can have Bryan win without having him have to be eliminated or shown up. But now I think the Authority's going to pull Bryan from the match.

Daniel Bryan vs. Lesnar would be perfect, so it clearly won't happen. We'll get Batista vs. Lesnar first. You say Batista/Lesnar is a bad thing. But yeah, like I said in the Raw thread, Seth can wrestle and lose to Roman in hour two, Bryan can live the impossible dream and beat Lesnar only for Seth to cash in and ruin his big moment.

They have to know now that Philly is gonna eat Reigns alive if he wins.

Maybe if somebody made a wager, that would help. Don't push your luck. You made wagers for the guy in an either/or situation and somehow lost both.

I probably wouldn't do that - I'd maybe have Rollins start to do that only for the whole roster to march down and stop him, combined with Sting having beaten Triple H earlier in the night to kill the Authority for good (until they take power for real and come right back anyway). Could always have Rollins cash in a couple of months later or something.

This is the match I want probably more than any other possible match I can think of.
Have him win as the triumphant hero after the career-threatening injury and then have Seth cash in and ruin it.
I know the heel doesn't usually come out of Mania with the championship but that would be a great way to get Seth heat.
