A guy on reddit once told me that the real Kane died many years ago and the guy who plays him now is the same guy who played Shredder in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. he seemed legit.

If so, that's great great news, love the Joe. A guy on reddit once told me that the real Kane died many years ago and the guy who plays him now is the same guy who played Shredder in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. he seemed legit. Kevin Nash is Super Shredder in Turtles 2, clearly there's something to this.

A guy on r/sc made a thread saying that Meltzer is reporting that Samoa Joe will be done with ROH after five dates and has signed with WWE. Allegedly on an audio report. Can anyone with WO confirm? I can confirm Meltzer said it. Posted that about NXT on this forum hours after Joe said he was leaving TNA.

Sounds exciting. I wonder if they'll send him to NXT or bring him up to the main roster from jump street due to the lack of depth on the talent roster.

Remember when this would have been a huge, huge deal 10 years ago?

I won't believe it until the WWE adds another position or two in catering

I know the guy isn't what he was 10 years ago but I'm still really excited about this signing. Hopefully he sheds a few pounds like Owens did though.

Also, I'd bring Joe in as a heel. Right now, that's NXT's issue, the lack of heels. They need monster heels, at least to build up babyfaces for the current monster heel in Kevin Owens. I know he would be beloved when brought in, but NXT is filled to the brim with babyfaces. They have Rhyno be another heel, and you have a trio of insurmountable heels for the babyfaces to overcome.

Listened to the part where Meltzer talks about Joe. He doesn't say "Joe has signed", but says the belief if that Joe is going to WWE in some form, but it's unknown what exactly what he'll be doing.

Remember when this would have been a huge, huge deal 10 years ago? It's still a big deal. He's only 35. They could get years out of him.

Cena Vs. Joe would be a feud I'd be so down for.

Whaddya think? 3rd Uso or Rikishi 2.0? I'll take "monster heels built up only to be fed to Cena" for $300, Alex.

Whaddya think? 3rd Uso or Rikishi 2.0? Neither. They might give Armando Alejandro Estrada a call.

I could see Joe being in NXT for a short stint (the same kind of contracts Itami and Balor are reportedly on) and then brought up. I know he has an impressive body of work, but in the WWE's eyes, this is a large man that's not in his athletic prime by any means trying to get in to the company. Can they really bank on him at the level they're banking on "The NXT 5"? I have a hard time imagining Joe coming in if he's just gonna "be" there.
