I think WWE could really use someone like Strong to the fullest. He'd play great paired with someone like Ziggler or Ryder. He does well at being a dudebro type and sadly underrated since he is basically the Dean Malenko of ROH.
As for Joe to WWE, I won't believe it until he is getting featured on WWE.com like the rest have.

I think it's interesting that Joe is still taking bookings, but he doesn't have anything else scheduled with ROH at this time. So I have to wonder if it's a situation where Joe is looking to kill time and earn paydays while going through the WWE signing process, but he's been told by WWE to no longer work shows ROH.

I'm wondering if WWE wants to sign Joe full time or do they just want to make him into another Rhyno.

Did they put Johnny Ace back in charge of talent?

Is Joe in shape yet? I'm sure they don't have any interest in a flabby, man-boob version of Joe and they let Hero go for lacking the drive to stay in shape.

Yeah it's definitely a different type of body but still, there's mildly in shape Joe and then there's saggy Joe with his fat spilling over his shorts. I would think they'd still want him to look somewhat together.

I'm seriously curious how this is going to play out.
I just hope this isn't a Taz case of it took too long. It'll be depressing if Joe only gets a year or two in the WWE before his somewhat worn down body breaks down completely on him and he has to retire.

Guessing that the catch with ROH is their TV deal; Joe and ROH may have an agreement that if he's going to attempt to sign with WWE, then there's no use in booking him beyond a few dream matches for the time being. If things with WWE fall through, maybe Joe takes more bookings with them, gets a TV storyline, whatever, but in the meantime there's no use in complicating things; if WWE doesn't work out, ROH will still be there.
