Damn, if it's a rotator cuff then that's six months out minimum, isn't it?

Either way, Zayn's kind of a massive badass. Mess up your rotator cuff and still go on to have a lengthy match where you do a f***ing Tornado DDT on the floor and have to lift John Cena (who isn't a small guy by any means)? That's superhuman. Some guys can't have a match that good when they are 100%.

Oh OK, I forgot about Ryder. I was thinking of when Billy Gunn wrecked his rotator cuff back in 2000. He was out eight months with that.

It's paid off for Tyson Kidd finally, where the dude I believe wrestled with a torn up leg for a week before finally taking a half year recovery.

Yeah but Zack Ryder is never booked. His rare appearances are probably just rehab exercises.

Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio hadn't heard the results of the MRI, but was under the impression from NXT officials that it wasn't good news. Zayn was only set to be on RAW this week and next, mainly to hype up the NXT special.

Yeah, but I have a bad feeling that some'll focus on the fact that he hurt himself while playing to the crowd. That's where we are with management right now.

Enough to overlook the fact he did a Plancha, a Turnbuckle Dive Tornado DDT, a Blue Thunder Bomb, and went a solid match, basically on one arm, with John Cena?
I don't care how you got injured at that point, the fact he still performed despite it, is what they should care about.

It should be logical for them not to overlook that he had a solid match with John Cena with one arm. But remember, this is WWE where logic isn't always what they think.

He could murder a litter of puppies in the ring, molest a little boy, and reveal himself to be a Nickelback fan, and they'd still push him hard.

But remember, WWE is very bad when it comes to double standards.
