Is that the same Mysterio that was doing the failed ECW wantabe Extreme Uprising? I know they had a guy called Hijo de Rey Mysterio which I think they claimed to be Rey Mysterio real cousin . |

I can appreciate it when there's real effort into a knockoff. It's just the lazy ones that bug me. Although the really lazy ones are sometimes the most hilarious. |

No, this is a different one. As for Hijo de Rey Mysterio, it's confusing. The son of Rey Misterio Sr, who actually is Rey Mysterio's real cousin, isn't the same Hijo de Rey Mysterio that wrestled in Extreme Uprising, according to what I've read. The one that wrestled in Extreme Uprising was Hijo de Rey Misterio II, also known as Rey Horus, and he's no relation to the Mysterio family. Not a rip off per se, but when indies exaggerate the importance of someone in way of the original ECW.
The Equalizer (not Evad Sullivan) was introduced as an ECW original at indy shows a lot.
