Watchmen and Man of Steel are amazing films and I couldn't be happier that Zack Snyder is in charge of the DCU. Agreed on Watchmen but i thought man of steel was to jumpy and some things never made sense.

Pre-internet, 2 was hated for product placement, 3 because no time travel until the end obviously. Are these still accurate? Considering there's as much time travel in Part 3 as there is in Part 1 (and takes place in one more time period to boot) that seems an odd criticism to me. Personally, I find Part 2 the least-watchable because there's a little too much time-jumping, and the 2015-alpha act bored me.

Although I liked "Olympus Has Fallen," I enjoyed "White House Down" a little more.
I liked "Battleship" when it came out, and enjoyed when I watched it a second time on my personal Blu Ray copy. I am not sure if it will hold up.
I actually liked "Spring Breakers."

- The Legend of Korra is garbage. The first season was pretty solid but flawed but pretty much entirety carried by Amon's strength as a villain, the second was absolute trash that seemed to be intentionally trying to make every single character as unlikable as they could possibly be and only failed in achieving it in that Tenzin was still sympathetic and Varrick was very entertaining. The third I've only seen bits and pieces of but it just feels like a convoluted mess with way too many subplots, and the fourth I haven't seen any of it so I can't really pass judgment I guess but on paper its plot sounds incredibly forced on every level and like the villain is absolutely atrocious.
- I found Gran Torino incredibly boring. Only made it about halfway through before I just gave up on it.
- I like Batman Forever. It's way, way worse than the two movies before it and it has a lot of problems, but on the whole I think it's a fun way to kill some time. Wouldn't want to watch it very often but it's good.
- I can think of a handful of Nickelback songs I like.
- I don't like Cowboy Bebop. I don't think any of the cast is likable or interesting and the ones who are the most so are naturally the ones who they made sure to write out, the tone is all over the map (I know it's because half the episodes were added in later, it doesn't excuse it), and I don't like the ending.
- Adventure Time's spotty at best most of the time and by this point really needs to hurry up and end.

KISS is an awesome band, and plastering their name and likeness over all sorts of goofy stuff isn't hurting anyone. If they can make money doing that, more power to them.
The Lost Skeleton Of Cadaver is one of the greatest horror comedies of all time.
Frank Miller has written exactly one good Batman comic: Batman: Year One. All his other work on Batman has been crap beyond belief and has actually done more harm for the character than good. Especially The Dark Knight Returns.
Joe Quesada is a hack and a loser. He doesn't deserve his place in the comic book industry and needs to be removed and ostracized.
Eric Masterson was a far better and more fun Thor than Thor himself (and this hurts to admit as I'm a huge Thor fan). It's a great dis-service to fans of the character to have killed him off and forgotten about by Marvel. Marvel is also hugely hypocritical since they're reasoning for killing Masterson/Thunderstrike was because they claimed "there were too many characters with the same powers" and yet they have...by my count...around at least 8 characters who are exactly like Spider-Man.
Deadpool, while often funny, is vastly over rated. Fans really need to get over him already.
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is NOTHING special. It isn't horrible (like Spongebob) but it isn't God's gift to cartoons like it's fans claim.
John Lennon was nothing but an asshole, dirty, smelly, drugged up hippy, and Paul McCartney was a far better talent than he ever was.
Elvis Presley was always just "meh" to me.
Star Trek made a huge mistake going backwards...and ultimately returning to Spock and Kirk. They would have been better served going even further into the future...a next next generation if you will.
Howard the Duck really wasn't that bad a movie. It had it's fun moments. There's much worse out there.
Thomas Jane's Punisher, so far, has been the absolute best movie interpretation of the character...and the movie itself is outstanding!
Silverhawks is a lost jewel of a cartoon from the 80's.
Sailor Moon should have just ended after the defeat of Queen Beryle. Everything after that storyline has been sub par.
Zombies in movies, cartoons, comics, music, and television shows need to go away for several decades.
Twilight was a fine series. Nothing ungodly awesome, but most of the foulest mouthed haters of it actually know nothing about it. "Vampires sparkle" is not a valid reason for so quickly dismissing it. Much dumber crap has been done with vampires than that.

Joe Quesada is a hack and a loser. He doesn't deserve his place in the comic book industry and needs to be removed and ostracized. I thought this was about unpopular opinions. On topic: Green Lantern, while a bit bloated, wasn't that bad a movie.

I don't get what's good about Steven Universe, I've tried I really have I'll grant that contrary to what most other fans seem to think, it hasn't been good from day one. Honestly I wouldn't start until around the time Lapis is introduced. I haven't seen most of the early episodes just because I started late (given the late stuff is what was on demand) and most attempts to go back and watch the early stuff for me have been a chore. If you watched some stuff after that point, probably just not for you.

I am sick of Super Hero movies and TV Shows. I wish they would lay off making them for awhile, only release one or two of them a year. Seems like every week there is a new one out.
Popular music is much better now than it was 10 years ago. From 2003 to 2008, popular music was at its all time worse.
Taylor Swift is more talented than Lady Ga Ga.
All the good screen writers in film are making TV shows now. TV is much better than movies.

Some comments on the above, and some new stuff from me...
- Yes, I am tired of Zombiemania. Long story!
- Watchmen WAS good. But MOS just wasn't Superman. There is a time and place for grim and gritty.
- I LIKED Superman IV and Supergirl, as they were always on on HBO when I was a kid. Yay, nostalgia!
- To the one who mentioned Sailor Moon...I have nothing against how long it went, but as an offshoot...I liked the DIC dub all the same. If it weren't for it, I wouldn't care about the remastered originals or VIZ dubs.
- John Kricfalusi is NOT a misunderstood, mistreated "genius".
- I LIKED All-Star Batman and Robin. Granted, it WAS for the comedic purposes...
- Taylor/Kanye at VMAs was a work.
- Lady Gaga has potential beyond just being the weirdo. I think she can really succeed if given opportunities with different kinds of music.
- I am one who needs to have my favorite artists NOT be horrible people. If they don't respect fans or were mean to them or other people, and of course WORSE, all bets are off. This is why I can't be a Nina Simone or Buddy Rich fan.
- I know why Steven Universe is interesting to me...it's a certain other face in a red jumpsuit's participation.
- The Dark Knight Rises wasn't bad.
- However, there still has yet to be a perfect Batman movie, no matter what Chris Nolan nor Tim Burton supporters say.
- Ditto for Spider-Man...the lack of joking was a big glaring fault in Raimi's movies.
- I liked the 2005 Fantastic Four more than Revenge of the Sith.
- I liked Pearl Forrester just as much as Dr. Clayton Forrester.

Oh, while we're on the subject of Spider-Man movies - the original Amazing blows all of the Raimi movies out of the water, though I didn't like Amazing 2 I'd probably still rather watch it than any of the Raimi ones, and while 2 is the best of the Raimi movies, I still didn't really like it that much and while at it I'd say 3 is slightly better than 1 is.

Ben Affleck is a terrible actor and who ever decided he should be Batman should be punched in the face repeatedly.

The Nightmare on Elm Street series got progressively better as it got more and more over-the-top crazy.
Superman works best as a light-hearted, kid-friendly character like he was in the old George Reeves show and the Mort Weisinger-era comics. That goes double for Captain Marvel. Not every comics character has to be Batman or Wolverine.
Comics make for better TV shows than movies because TV shows can better adapt the long-term storylines and character relationships found in comics.
From a purely musical standpoint, KISS was much better after they ditched the makeup and costumes.
The premise of Steven Universe sounds intriguing to me, but the art style turns me off.
The Beach Party movies with Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello deserve a much bigger cult following.
I'm not a big Nirvana fan. In fact, I'd go so far as to say the best thing Nirvana ever did was spawn the Foo Fighters. But the whole "Nirvana ripped off Boston" thing is way overblown.
Classic TV series from the '60s - Gilligan's Island, The Addams Family, The Beverly Hillbillies, Get Smart, Bewitched, I Dream of Jeannie, My Favorite Martian, etc. - need to be resurrected as animated series.
The first Austin Powers movie was brilliant, but the 2nd and 3rd were pure trash. It's like they said, "Well, we used up all the good James Bond parody jokes in the first one, so we might as well just make the sequels nothing but dong and poop jokes."
The 1st & 2nd seasons of G.I. Joe and 2nd & 3rd seasons of Transformers are leaps and bounds better than most kids' shows of their era and are largely undeserving of their "30-minute toy commercials" reputation.

Music from The Elder is one of Kiss' best albums, it's certainly my favourite.
