Good episode, but ending hurts it. A lot. I'd probably be inclined to give it a 9 or 10 if not for that, but I'm going to go 8 as it is. Tempted to go 7 but that seems reactionary; either way reeeeally tired of the #ReformAll thing. And I'm really hoping Starlight isn't a fixture of season six because I don't see her as interesting enough to keep around.

Decent finale.
Wrapped it up a bit too quick.

Good finale, but I think Starlight got off a little too easy considering what she did. She's very lucky the theme of the show is friendship.
8/10
Next stop, the Gravity Falls finale!

I'm gonna say 8. For most part it was a pretty cool double parter The ending was a bit dumb though. Admitedly it didn't help my stream kept freezing

Watching LPS now, look makes a cameor, good old Applejack, I guess they can't do a crossover with MLP, but a crossover with the Jem comics is possible.
Anyway this could be a way to do a spinoff, just have to find 5 more friends. Somewhere Sunset Shimmer is brewing with jealousy that Twilight took on another apprentice.

Honestly my main takeaway on that is wanting a full season of shit in some of those other worlds. Chrysalis and Sombra worlds in particular are awesome.

We are the world. We are the ponies. I guess Rose and Lily dropped Daisy and Derpy and the Doctor also aren't friends anymore.

We are the world. We are the ponies. Oh hey, Scratch and Octavia are together there too. And look, not a trace of violence.

Final score for Cutie Re-Mark is... 7/10. Its a better execution of the cutie mark changes the present plot than Magical Mystery Cure and was a fun parade of all the various villains. However a lot of it feels more style than substance, with the Rainboom to dystopia and back stuff getting old after a while and Starlight feeling weaker here than she did in the premiere. Not helped is her backstory which would have been immensely improved if she had tried to make contact with her old friend only to find they've grown apart hence why she's still bitter about the initial cutie mark. As it is she just feels like someone who doesn't know what a letter is.
Eunos frequently brought up Sunset Shimmer (whom I think is doubtful to show up soon given how EQ exists in its own world) and I think her and Glimmer are opposites in terms of character strengths. Sunset was boring as sin as the one note power hungry villain, but worked as the outcast protagonist trying to improve. Glimmer was fantastic as the manipulative cult leader, but I'm not holding my breath in terms of her appeal as a good guy character.
Of the 5 season finales (though its really 4 as Best Night Ever is really more of a delightful slice of life rather than epic adventure), I'd still rank Twilight's Kingdom as the strongest, with the most consistent tone, effective villain, and best character work. Discord's growth in that episode really eclipsed anything Starlight got here and that felt like it built to a damn good finish while this one petered out.
As far as season 5, I think I still might rank 4 above it, as the former sunk to certain low points that latter didn't.
