As a fellow teacher, I can vouch for the tendency to use wrestling phrases in the classroom. It's simply impossible to avoid.
I even had one of my classes write an argumentative response to the question, 'Does pro-wrestling have a positive or negative impact on the world today?'. Fun times were had by all.

Only answer to raised hands if they come in the form of a unicorn horn. If the kids get the answer right, OP should totally "Too Sweet" them. If the answer is wrong, superkick them followed by a "Suck it!" Anyways OP, I don't know if you have weekly or bi-weekly quizzes in any particular subject, but if you do, then whichever student(male or female) that gets the highest score gets to be called "the man" for the week. Thus, before the next quiz, you remind the students that in order to be "the man", they gotta beat "the man". Woo! *Bonus points if you Ric Flair strut to the student with the highest quiz score when handing the quiz back* Also,you can start referring to your students as "the little Gizzarkmaniacs" |
