Honestly surprised it's not something that falls within statute of limitations. I hope they actually have a case with solid evidence or this will blow up in a hugely negative way, especially for the rest of his alleged victims.

Here's hoping it can expose everything. Yeah, and hopefully the statute of limitations isn't passed on the other cases, or at least not most of them. I don't know how far back they go but justice must be done for as many of them as possible. Honestly surprised it's not something that falls within statute of limitations. I hope they actually have a case with solid evidence or this will blow up in a hugely negative way, especially for the rest of his alleged victims. Well, the particular case they busted him for dates back to 2004 so I don't imagine the statute of limitations is passed on that one (IIRC it's 24 years or something like that. Don't quote me on that, though). But yeah, not sure the same is true for all of them.

Here's hoping it can expose everything. Would anything involving the other accusations be admissible in this particular trial? Sure, in the result of a conviction it would be pertinent for sentencing hearings as it would show a pattern of behavior. But what about the actual trial?

Between Cosby's previous long standing as America's favorite squeaky clean stand up comic with his amusing family friendly anecdotes/favorite wholesome sitcom dad and the legal team Cosby can afford with his money I can only imagine the circus this trial could become!

So, who's actually going to go to jail first; Bill Cosby or Affluenza Guy?

I honestly think America's had more than their fill of Cosby scandal already. After 30+ people come out of the woodwork it's to the point now where the bottom of the barrell has not only been reached, but dug through.

Cosby has enough money to string this out until he drops dead. He'll never wear a Coogi prison jumpsuit.

Its kind of crazy to think that we've all (well, some of the older posters for sure) have unknowningly contributed to his defense team's salary in some way.

Not unless Cosby's defense is really stupid and makes the argument that he was of too high a moral character to do such a thing. If the defense did that, the prosecution can march 50 other victims in and have them all tell their story to refute the claims about his character.

I like the way he almost fell flat on his face while faking that he was blind.
