Buy a new car you cheapo. Okay, maybe a loaded Outback and a new Silverado. And some sort of a fast small car like a loaded 4-Series, but nothing with six figures. Again, I'd mostly be dreading the family and acquaintances coming out of the hollars of West Virginia... I'm changing my phone number and living out of a hotel for a month top keep the vultures at bay lol

Might as well. You have a better chance of winning the powerball than running into him. 3 pages in, and nobody got the Dark Knight reference. We're getting sloppy in our old age, FAN! As for the Powerball, I splurged $6 (2 combos with a Power Play) on the most frequently drawn regular numbers in Powerball entirety, and the most frequently drawn regular numbers in the last 10 years, and each combo has the top two successively drawn Powerball numbers (20, 6). Of course, this means absolutely jack in the long run. I figured it might be better to go with statistics then let the computer randomly choose, but of course, the only sure thing is nothing is for sure. Either way, I see my chances as slim to none... and slim just packed up and got the hell out of dodge.

Saw one dude brought $50 worth of tickets today. There going to be some mad folks tonight I saw someone right ahead of me buying $110 of tickets before buying my one ticket (I hate lottery tickets, but when I was getting dinner I heard whispers it's hit $1 billion, which would be my "okay, I'll purchase" moment.)

I didn't buy a ticket, but that won't stop me for having plans for money I did not buy a (minuscule) chance to win. I'd buy some sports teams and colorize some black and white movies. That's right, I'm going full on Ted Turner!

At this point I'm not even going to check my ticket, I'll just wait and see if there's any winning tickets sold and see what part of the country they're reported to be in.

Today at CVS I saw a guy spend a good 5 minutes at one of those lottery vending machines (though he was also buying some scratch tickets).

I got 5 also. I figured $10 isn't much and I might as well take a shot at such a huge jackpot.

No magic in my birthday ticket, in fact I got all of them wrong. So, hoping no one else won, no matter how unlikely.
