There are way too many heels right now and not nearly enough babyfaces.
At Mania, you have Lesnar and Jericho be faces and you're still short, he'll, Rock and Bryan come back and you still don't have enough to deal with all the bad guys.
So the question is, among the heels, who needs to turn their back on the dark side?

theres a lack of heels that can draw heat. The only ones i know that can are miz and owens

The real problem is a lack of stars.
The years of 50/50 booking and reliance on the same small pool of guys has left WWE in this mess.

The real problem is the lack of making anybody outside of Reigns, Cena, Rollins, Lesnar and Undertaker credible at all. Ambrose, Neville, Owens, Ziggler, Ryback, Barrett, Del Rio, Rusev, Kalisto, Miz, Cesaro, Stardust and the rest of the lower-mid card just exchange pointless wins with each other over and over and are rarely in real feuds with real meaning, and when they are, they suck (see the Ziggler/Lana/Rusev/Summer Rae saga). If they concentrated time into the rest of their roster, they'd have a quality show again.
It's one of the reasons I love NXT so much. Every feud is happening for a good reason, even down to the opening match like Emma vs Asuka at London.

The majority of faces job to the heels Roman Reigns beats so it's hard to root for anyone.

The problem is that WWE has been so focused on pushing everyone as a heel to give Cena (or whomever they've been building up on SmackDown with the WHC) credible opponents, and the majority of their face wrestlers are just used to put over the heel of the month.

I'd much rather see them as heels against Enzo & Cass (think of the promos!) or The Vaudevillains if such options were available. Hell, I think New Day as faces might honestly be kinda lame. |

It frustrates me that they won't pull the trigger on him as a major singles guy. I'm rarely for needlessly breaking up teams, but it's been obvious from the get-go that the entire point of the Lucha Dragons was to get this kid over. He reminds me of Rey Mysterio circa 94-95, and in some ways, even better. They should see dollar signs looking at him, and the fact they don't just boggles my mind. |
