He did it to himself. I was wondering if we was going to literally state 'I basically hit the bong over and over until I hit it out of a f***ing fire exit.' Since he actually has his head screwed on enough now to pass wellness then I'll happily give him another shot like WWE is.

My imagination or is Kendrick starting to morph into Marty Jannetty? I can kinda see it in him. It's the eyes.

My imagination or is Kendrick starting to morph into Marty Jannetty? Yeah I got that vibe too. I want to say that it's part of his character for the tournament. He's looked good and healthy in terms of his recent indie work and his cameos on Total Divas, so I hope this is more so a kind of "veteran looking for one more moment of glory" character, and not something actually going on in his personal life, because he's one of my all time favorites, and I want him to succeed in whatever does.

Today's the day! I'm so pumped for this. Same here. Unfortunately, I have work until 9. Fortunately, I just live down the street.

I'll probably need to wait a few days to watch this, my Network subscription's currently down (since I time them around getting PPVs or Takeovers, don't keep it up outside of that) and I'm dead broke for the next day or two until my paycheck comes.

I just watched the Bracketology special. Everything about it was amazing and what the Network should be. It was so refreshing to see a WWE event that is given respect and treated like a real sport. Also, how cool is it that they made you care about the guys/built them up without giving them some goofy ass gimmick?
It was obvious Vince's stench was nowhere near this.

I remember it being mentioned somewhere that near the end he was actually paying more in fines than his yearly guaranteed base salary.

I love Sami and I've always had a soft spot for Tyson Dux but this is probably the first and only time anyone has ever uttered the opinion that Tyson Dux is a better wrestler than Zack Sabre, Jr.

This thread is being kept for a general discussion of the series to go along with the weekly CWC/NXT threads right? Found this, had to share haha Absolutely loved the first episode, everyone bought it. Having seen a lot of Alexander/Ibushi in the past I didn't doubt they would live up to the tremendous hype they were given, especially the amount of time they have given to Ibushi hype (and rightly so). So to see them come in on fire like they did, especially for Ibushi's first match for the company is amazing. All 8 men had their working shoes on, the effort was there, the spots were incredible (dives/planchas mark here. Loved Metaliks step up tope/Air Jordan, Ibushi's classic triangle moonsault etc) and the match psycology was executed perfectly. As others have said Bryan and Ranallo are exceptional both individually and together. Bryan is phenominal at colour commentary, it comes so naturally to him. Loved how they name dropped Angle, Okada, Lance Storm, Misawa etc. Just exceptional work I am a match graphics mark and I think that it is one of the cool things about wrestling (especially when they used to do it the old fashioned way of hard sell PPV theme on background/match graphics on screen/commentators selling every individual match on card). Just...so...f***ing cool. Wrestling to me is escapism, whether that is grappling or high flying (everyone consumed it differently). I watch it because it isn't a real fight and I want to see things that you wouldn't normally see if you were to go to MMA, mixing of styles, high flying etc. I guess by that I mean my Suspension of disbeliefe is very high for wrestling. I love grappling and 'telling a story and selling' and one of my favorites is ZSJ, but to me wrestling reaches so far that it is also the Ospreay/Ricochets/Ibushis of this world doing breathtaking superhero maneuvers (another favorite of mine is Ospreay). This show proves there can be a happy medium for anyone who wants it. High flying is an applicable style for match psychology which is a stigma that people like Vader have come out on twitter criticizing it for that exact reason. This show proves that all styles have their place. Not like are binary opposites either as I love matches that combine any and all styles. But CWC has got it perfect and certainly delivers it in spades. They have borrowed elements from UFC/martial arts/pro wrestling and meshed it all together into one. At the one side you have the strict weight checks and the post match hand raise from MMA and yet it's mixed in with amazing pro wrestling (any and all styles. the suspension) and then you have the video game/Jackie Chan movie graphics. There is something in here for everyone and the match quality is going to be exceptional throughout I think I couldn't be happier.

Yeah, forgot to mention in the other thread, the match graphics are just the best. I love the charging motion everyone does towards each other, I love the masked men being used for various things like the flags and such. They added so much to the big time feel of the whole thing.

Somehow I missed everything else and just saw Big Kev, so I read this whole thing thinking it was a Kevin Nash opinion piece.
