I'm not familiar with NJPW so I just hope he can speak English because WWE doesn't have the best track record with Japanese performers. As hilarious as it would be in a maddening sort of way, I'd hate to see a guy take such a huge risk to become like Kenzo Suzuki or Kai En Tai. I guess it depends. Unless he has been terrible with his money, he probably has a lot in the bank from NJPW, and had done pretty much anything he could do there. I could see him having at worst a run like Hakushi, where he has some prominent matches and then leaves after a little while. I'd just like to throw out that Hakushi was the man. |

So is he keeping his name? Seems since the ratings decline and injury bug they are letting more guys keep their original names.

His name is going to do amazing business for them in the Japanese market. Same reason Triple H fought to keep KENTA's name in tact, eventually losing out to Vince's petty whims. I can't see him letting it happen again with Nakamura, especially with the success AJ Styles and Samoa Joe have had in the merchandise department by keeping their names. |
