They get to look like the cool, progressive, young(ish) businesspeople online, while still being cool, witty, completely untouchable heels on tv. |

I just want to see one japanese wrestler from NXT used well on the main roster before I start getting excited about this stuff. Of course they haven't actually brought any up yet.

Since AJ came in they've talked about his "success in Japan" as well as referencing JBL and Jericho's time over there. Same with Balor. They never name drop the word "NJPW" but they have talked about the IWGP Heavyweight Title by name. |

I live in a world where Samoa Joe versus Nakamura on a WWE-produced show is a likely proposition. The future doesn't even make sense. There's a Finn vs Nakamura revisit, Nakamura vs Crews, Nakamura vs Aries and Nakamura vs Itami as well. Even if Nakamura's an extended stay in NXT, there's, at least, 5 potentially high-drawing NXT gates immediately available.
In the long-term: imagine that Wrestlemania entrance, really. I'm picturing Cirque du Soleil in spiky leather jackets.
