I know that we want to see the Women be treated as equals to the men, but a small part of me wants the female Money in the Bank to look like some kind of designer handbag. Catch, you know that if the prize is a designer bag then Orton will shit in it. We can't have that so... I want it to be an oversized high heel. The winner must keep it on them at airports and such.

I want an elimination chamber with Charlotte, Sasha, Becky, Bayley, Paige and Asuka.

what about a 20 woman Royal Rumble, on the undercard at the Rumble? it cuts out the high spots on ladders etc, but also would put a good focus on the W-title going into Mania, plus they could bring ladies back for a pop like Beth Phoenix or Kharma, and you could give Lita or Jackie a nostalgia pop.

Without the ridiculous high spots, yes.
The ladder being used purely for retrieval of the briefcase, and maybe the occasional "trap someone in the corner with the ladder" spot. Safe, yet effective would be the way to go.
I don't need to see any of the women going over the top rope and missing a move and landing back first on a ladder. Not to say they couldn't, they could easily, but I think we have enough injuries floating around without tempting fate.

I could see it.
Then Eva Marie would win.
She'd successfully cash in and ruin all of the goodwill the women have worked for over the past few years.

No
We need more Pillow Fights and Bra and Pantie matches.
...ok maybe not. The Woman's division is the best it has been in a long long time, however I don't think it's quite ready for MITB just yet.
A Royal Rumble that actually involves them going over the top rope rather than through might work mind you.

I feel like, if they did one they'd alter the format to make it more 'woman friendly' thus undermining the division, insulting the wrestlers and rendering it a waste of time. As it is, I think it's a concept that has run its course and already feels antiquated in this era where the wrestling should be able to compensate for the lack of big, 'OMG!' spots.

I want an elimination chamber with Charlotte, Sasha, Becky, Bayley, Paige and Asuka. I fear for any woman (or man, for that matter) who has to be trapped in a metal cage with Asuka.

There are two things (among others) that WWE is bad at: -Making the MitB holder matter from the space between a week after the PPV up until the very moment they cash in -Making women who are not the champion or the #1 contender matter
So why would you want to combine the two?

I'm waiting for an NXT women's tournament. They already did tag teams and have a cruiserweight one coming up, seems like the obvious next step. Well they did the inaugural women's title tournament which Paige won, then the new tourney when Paige left for the main roster

We do need feud buildings that I agree one the most
There is so much talent in this division that could use a build and a rub. Alicia, Emma, Paige, Becky, Sasha, Summer, hell even Lana among the other women could all have good feuds and matches with one another, and I hope they're taken more seriously... and when more Women Callups start happening it's gonna get even crazier to the point they will have to focus on other girls and storylines, hopefully anyway...
With Natalya taking a holdover title shot, Becky and Sasha especially will need feuds of their own, so hopefully we start seeing ladies develop more and more as characters and as threats all around. It's time to see that.

I don't even want a male one anymore. I'm so sick of multi-man ladder matches. I would be happy if I never saw another one again.

Well they did the inaugural women's title tournament which Paige won, then the new tourney when Paige left for the main roster I mean something more like the tag team and the upcoming cruiserweight tournament-as in not just women currently signed, but actually bringing in a whole bunch of outsiders from other parts of the world as well.

Dig for gold match! There's a shovel you see, like a buried alive match, and you have to dig for the bar of gold which gets you a title shot!

Eh as much as I would like it I kinda feel like there would be a greater risk of injury to people weighting under 150 lbs. There just isn't as much mass with a female wrestler to absorb the impact from a ladder as there is a male. I could be wrong about that, I'm not an expert or anything just how I feel. But hey I'm all for more match variety for them, absolutely.
