At the very least they could stand to start doing more gimmick matches with the women-cage matches, submission matches, best of three falls, etc. in a way it would be kind of an elevation of the women as a whole for them to be doing all the things the men do.

I feel like, if they did one they'd alter the format to make it more 'woman friendly' thus undermining the division, insulting the wrestlers and rendering it a waste of time. As it is, I think it's a concept that has run its course and already feels antiquated in this era where the wrestling should be able to compensate for the lack of big, 'OMG!' spots. I would look at that alteration like a good thing though. The women have gotten this far based on colorful characters, basic good vs. evil stories, and psychologically sound wrestling and the ladder matches have gotten so far from that. The women benefit from not having bodies fit for being slammed against ladders as much as the guys do it so they'd have no choice but to work smart and at this point I think a lot of the guys can learn a lot form the women on that end. Or at least the people booking the men could learn from the booking of the women. Would love for wrestling in general to adapt a less is more approach. It's a delicate thing to start giving women more of these more dangerous match types. I'm more looking forward to womens storylines intertwining with the mens, and women having a feud the level of a Jericho/Michaels at some point before them acquiring any stunt show matches. I think it's inevitable that we see a womens hell in a cell match, or a ladder match, or maybe even a last man standing and I hope if it comes to that it's because a feud required it and not "it's the Hell in a Cell pay per view and women are equals now."

I want an elimination chamber with Charlotte, Sasha, Becky, Bayley, Paige and Asuka. I fear for any woman (or man, for that matter) who has to be trapped in a metal cage with Asuka. truth be told, I wouldn't really mind...

As for gimmick matches I think we'll be seeing a womans cage match very soon (probably Sasha v Charlotte) due to how to counter Ric Flair's interference is probably going to become a plot point for those challenging for Charlotte's title.
Wouldn't be adverse to a 1 on 1 ladder match but multi (wo)man ladder matches are getting a bit played out as we have at least 2 a year (WM & MITB) and the match story is becoming a bit samey and there are other gimmick matches I'd like the women to try first as well as the cage idea an 'I quit' match is probably on the horizon as so many of them have submission finishers these days.

Extreme Rules isn't too far away, so that might be a good point to pull the trigger.

I think it says something about the quality of the Women's Division that this idea doesn't make me want to eat my own eyeballs so that they might never beholden to this match.
