Fair...if you agree that Dashie's first Sonic Rainboom was overpowered and would only be acceptable if she had researched it beforehand. She knew some stuff about it, and had an educated guess of what to do to make it happen.... and she wasn't aware of what the consequences would be if she actually achieved it.
