If it's anything like the Monster Girl series, then well.....

Rainbow Dash and the Daring Do Double Dare. The plot of this one sees Rainbow Dash, so enamored by the awesomeness of the latest Daring Do book, become Ponyville's new star, openly accepting the dares of the ponies of ponyville. From tight roping the Ghastly Gorge, to eating super hot peppers, much to the chagrin of her friends who fear she's going overboard. When she's tasked by Zecora to stop a villain named Braze from releasing ghosts from some sort of spirit door filled with treasure, Dash goes on a quest in the Everfree Forest and uses the tools given by her friends to save the day and learns that she does need them to be awesome or something. This one is a much stronger book than the previous two, as it doesn't take too long to push the story forward, nor is there anything that makes the book dated in hindsight. The book is very much like Mare-Do-Well with Dash's hubris at an all time high, heck, even the book makes mention of the episode. Plus it uses its 147 pages to good use and fills it with memorable moments. The thing that does hurt this is the ending. They never make it clear that Braze, the book's villain was real, or just a trick set up by Twilight and the others to teach Dash a lesson. In fact, like the last couple books, it feels like it goes a little too fast in resolving its story. That aside, it's still the strongest book yet. 7/10

It looks like it has one positive over Mare-Do-Well...
Rainbow learning the lesson by herself and not have others spell it out for her.

Pay Apple Fritter a fiver and she'll let you touch her bum.
Throw in an extra 2 quid she will let you touch Flitters.

I know you're Canadian, Retro... But I see this and, despite being the wrong side, I'm picturing Rarity doing the Pledge of Allegiance.

Well, pledge of allegiance to Celestia maybe. Isn't that just three words? "HAIL SUN BUTT!"

Well, pledge of allegiance to Celestia maybe. Isn't that just three words? "HAIL SUN BUTT!" They do that for all four princesses now. Although for Cadance, they like to flip the order of the three words for giggles.
