All I'm hearing is that I deserve more points. All of them...or nothing at all, people.

Fun Fact: "Downfall" was the theme song for Vengeance 2002. I am not at all surprised. This is the kind of song the WWE was using by the truckload during the Attitude era.

Just a reminder, if you haven't gotten your songs in yet, you have until 8 PM EST tonight to do so. Seeing as the last place finisher is auto-eliminated, you're probably gonna want to turn in a song.

I am missing one person
So in the interest of fairness, i will post the songs in approximately 30 mins/an hour tops
If this person is anywhere near the bottom four (more than likely), then I will auto eliminate that person and continue on with the 3 way singoff

OK, CHANGE OF PLANS So, the person who was missing came through at the last second, basically saving his ass....HOWEVER, there was one more person missing, who I swore up and down sent something in, but they did not. This can not be looked over. So, I'm changing the format a bit. The Bottom 4 will still be in The Danger Zone, but it will be a simple Fatal Four Way Sing Off. No Double, No Triple, Just One Elimination. The reason I am giving everyone a fair shot here is basically simple among The Fan Idol Family: We have legit went this far, with back to back to back rounds, and this is the first time that somebody no showed, for whatever reason. Call it a change of conscious if you will, but I would feel like utter shit eliminating someone, or any of you for that matter, who has played an impressive game and then forgot to send something. Let this be a small lesson, where for now I am willing to show you all a bit of grace, but next time there will be hell. Here We Go Banks - Brain www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bOCAoZqsIg&feature=youtu.beDevin Townsend Project - Hyperdrive (Live at The Retinal Circus) www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDU1m_NABlEDisturbed - Shout 2000 www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1f3KnYNnIo&feature=youtu.beMarvin Gaye - I Heard it Through The Grapevine (Acapella) www.dailymotion.com/video/xndd9a_marvin-gaye-i-heard-throught-the-grapevine-acapella-hq_musicMilk Carton Kids - As It Must Be www.youtube.com/watch?v=BL603D_U2R4Mountain Goats - Going to Georgia www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVEDIMHeCOENeil Young - Needle and The Damage Done www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0t0EW6z8a0&feature=youtu.beNeon Hitch - Wannabe www.youtube.com/watch?v=toivkgYS8iUNick Cave and The Bad Seeds - Into My Arms www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TCeDsyISdYParson James - Waiting Game www.youtube.com/watch?v=375LKMzWhAsThe Raconteurs - Carolina Drama www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUKcChH7sbo&feature=youtu.beWalk The Moon - Next in Line www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7aEsmpmbugNote: You will notice that there are 12 songs, as usual. One of the Top 4 winners from the last group of rounds was to send in a second song, with the highest scoring song counting.

Round 14 Results {Spoiler} J - Banks - 37 (12/9/9/7) Magnum - Marvin Gaye - 37 (11/10/8/8) Jazz - Person James - 35 (12/11/9/3) Chaos - Walk The Moon - 31 (12/10/5/4) J - Neil Young - 29 (8/8/7/6) (DOES NOT COUNT) Gus - Devin Townsend - 25 (12/6/5/2) Peg - Raconteurs - 25 (11/10/3/1) Rad - Milk Carton Kids - 25 (9/6/5/5) Waffel - Nick Cave - 23 (10/7/3/3) Z-A - Disturbed - 21 (11/4/4/2) Suave - Mountain Goats - 16 (7/6/2/1) Yaya - Neon Hitch - 13 (4/2/1/1/5) (Won 5 extra points from the last group of rounds) Which Makes Overall Results... {Spoiler}Peg - 42/25 = 67 Jazz - 31/35 = 66 Magnum - 22/37 = 59 Rad - 34/25 = 59 J - 21/37 = 58 Gus - 30/25 = 55 Chaos - 21/31 = 52 Z-A - 27/21 = 48
And the singoff is between...
Waffel - 24/23 = 47
vs.
Suave - 27/16 = 43
vs.
Knailsic - 24/0 = 24
vs.
Yaya - 10/13 = 23 I expect all singoffs by Tuesday Afternoon, but in the meantime, I have a small favor to ask just between us {Spoiler}I know this is gonna sound REALLY favoristic (If thats a word), but is there any way I can get some nice words for Yaya considering he did so bad these last 2 rounds? I usually don't do this, but I legit do feel kinda bad for him this time around

Rankings:
Walk The Moon - Next in Line Marvin Gaye - I Heard it Through The Grapevine (Acapella) Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds - Into My Arms Parson James - Waiting Game Neil Young - Needle and The Damage Done Banks - Brain Devin Townsend Project - Hyperdrive (Live at The Retinal Circus) Milk Carton Kids - As It Must Be Neon Hitch - Wannabe The Raconteurs - Carolina Drama Disturbed - Shout 2000 Mountain Goats - Going to Georgia
For Yaya and any other players that may feel frustrated: we're fourteen rounds in this Season and there have been ten past Seasons. That's an unbelievable amount of music. This is a very difficult game to do well in and it can be near impossible to predict how judges will rate a round. Play your game and be genuine. I try to be open-minded as much as I can with the songs and I hope I reward people who chose less obvious songs. I'm not going to get it right all the time, but I aim for it.
So, if you want to win with me, shoot for the unexpected. Keep quality as your main criterion for a song, but take risks. Double dipping, unless the Round is specifically about it, is probably not going to work with me because there is just so much to choose from out there.
Don't take things personally, as this is ultimately a game and be proud that you've made it this far because everyone's selected some great songs so far. It's just that only one person can win.
