The Summer Olympics should be held every two years. Too many years of an athlete's career are wasted in the four year gap and they should make use of as many existing facilities as possible. The Winter Games would also follow a similar system, but be held in odd years between Summer Games.
In years where it clashes with a World Cup, one event would take place at the start of summer, and one at the end.
