That's the second person today to just leap over someone during the extra point.
And there's no real consequence for it. It's 15 enforced on the kickoff, so the likelihood is that it's kicked out of the back of the end zone and you start at your own 20.
There's no risk involved for being penalized for leaping over and making contact with someone during the try. So, if I were playing, I'd never not do it. Maybe I'll get lucky and hit the ball before I make contact.

He should have tucked that ball and ran when he saw that lane open. He hesitated.

Who would have thought after Week 1 of this season that the Patriots would be the sole holders of the AFC East Division?

Tomorrow night is the Double Main event of the Washington "Benoits" vs the Steelers and the 49ers vs the LA Rams.
We'll see how Raw does against MNF tomorrow

As much as I cannot stand the Patriots and how I tire of their winning ways and how I feel their fans are as spoiled as any in football..... we just have to accept that the New England Patriots will make the playoffs every year until they no longer make the playoffs.
Until Bill Belichick is doing something other than coaching the Patriots, he's basically gonna make the playoffs every year for the rest of ever.

As long as Jimmy Gelato keeps himself on track, the Pats can end up with a decent record before Brady comes back. Maybe not 4-0 but at least 2-2 is more of what I'm expecting.

Who would have thought after Week 1 of this season that the Patriots would be the sole holders of the AFC East Division? I'm a Patriots fan and I did not expect this. One, looking at the first four games I basically chalked up this game as a loss. Away game against the NFC Championship game runners up with a quarterback with very little regular season experience. Plus he lost some weapons and protection to injury (and Rob Ninkovich on defense to a four game suspension). When the rest of the AFC East lost today I just thought it would mean that a loss tonight wouldn't cause them to lose ground. I figured the Jets or Bills would get a jumpstart on the division in September before Brady returned and brought them back to reality.

After this week I'm inclined to believe that The New England Patriots will never lose their damned division, what a shit show...

Monday Games Pending, the ONLY NFL Team to win by a double digit margin this week is the E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!! Yeah it was against the Browns but still 8 Games in Week One have been decided by Four Points or less, is that a record? Because damn it was a nail biting week for about everyone... Monday will be interesting
