X-Pac (well, as the 123 Kid) had an awesome Raw match with Bret Hart and a short but great KOTR match with Owen Hart, both in 1994. Just sayin'... You could have left off the "Just sayin'..." and still have made a valid contribution to the discussion, since the point of this thread is to nominate a definitive match and discuss it. Just sayin'. But you're right, I'd forgotten the Bret match. Great shout. Thinking about it, I love basically every Regal match I've ever seen, but I can't think of one that stands out as his best. Another of my favourites, Lance Storm, I'd give him the Jericho match at the first One Night Stand, though I've only seen his WWE/WCW stuff. Regal's is parking lot brawl with Finlay.

Honky Tonk Man may have been the longest reigning IC champion but he's a guy that I couldn't tell you what his best match was.

I'd throw HHH vs X Pac from Backlash 99 in there also. Worth noting is a pretty damned good little match that 123 Kid had against Hakushi at Summerslam '95. I think it opened the show.

Goldust. Always solid and has had some fun matches but nothing really sticks out. I loved his match against Orton on Raw. The one he was fighting for his job I think it was or Cody Rhodes job. Still it was a solid match. This was easily the best Goldust match he had in at least 15 years. That whole Goldust/Cody/Dusty vs. the Authority was one of the best short little programs in a long time. Why they were allowed to fade into obscurity after they lost the tag titles, I will never understand. But back to topic, many times, some wrestlers don't always have the 5 star match under their belt, but still have a solid body of work to choose from. For example, MVP, had some really good matches with Benoit, and his tag matches with Matt Hardy against Deuce and Domino are really underrated. Am I missing any standout matches with MVP?
