You don't let Lebron James walk if he's willing to stay. Moronic on TNA's part.

AJ just wasn't ever going to be good enough to be a good champion. They needed to drop his worthless butt so they could afford a couple more years of Bram contracts.

And he didn't shed a single tear when he walked out the final time Especially not after they tried to f*** him on his WWE debut.

Only offering 30% of his previous deal and letting him walk while champ, expecting him to come back and take that offer.

He didn't, he didn't even bother saying goodbye to Joe, Roode, Daniels and others there he'd known for years after it was over. He just got his stuff after the match and walked out as he was tired of it all. In contrast to New Japan after his final match where he was very emotional and had long goodbyes with everyone there backstage. He and a good number of them went out and had a final dinner together after New Years' Dash due to the friendship and how much he valued them taking a chance on him and making him a star.

TNA: The company that let AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Austin Aries, Bobby Roode, and TJ Perkins slip through their fingers.
Good move, I bet those worthless guys are wrestling at flea markets for a hot dog and an orange juice these days.

Between the ROH cap on his head and the "I'd rather be anywhere else in the world right now" look, this is an amazing photo.

You'd have enough talent for another WCW-sized promotion if you put together all the talent TNA has wasted over the years.

Hahaha loltna maybe the biggest loltna ever.
They lowballed him and for what??
MVP didn't even last a year and contributed shit.
AJ's replacement Magnus? He became Dixie's bitch and Bram's soulmate, now he pretty much dissapeared from wrestling.
Then with its tale tucked between its legs like the good bitch TNA is, they offered AJ a hall of fame spot and a BFG match, he told them to f*** off.
AJ after TNA: IWGP Heavyweight champ first night in NJPW. Royal Rumble debut. Skipped nxt. WWE champ within a year.
TNA after AJ: Destination America. Pop TV. Living week to week like a crackhead.
