We never saw Cadence pregnant. So I will assume Flurry Heart is a test tube baby. Like Pegasus. Going by how she looked when we first saw her post Flurry Heart's birth...yeah, it was a hard labor. |

You know, a thought came to me just now.
How much time, in universe, passed between the end of Season 5 and the start of Season 6?
I ask because of two things:
1)the quick turnaround to another Hearth's Warming (from the Pie family one to the Christmas Carol retelling)
and
2)Assuming they have it the same as real world horses do, Cadance would have been pregnant for 11 months.

Hmmmm.....best I can say is....yea, probably 11 months. That's how it long it took for Glimmer to change her manestyle. Trust me, I know this.
