I noticed they fixed the issue where they’ve added more spaces for face photos now.

Been playing some of the older games again. When it came to graphics, Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 was the peak of it. Shame how the games just got uglier year after year.

I’ve often said this, it was actually jarring just how much the overall quality of graphics and presentation had dropped in SvR 2008 if you look at it side by side with just a year prior.

Did you check to see if the belts and arenas were made after the latest patch (so after 2/7/20)?

That was it. I just downloaded ones that were just created and they work...problem is 3 times in a row, once I go to start the match the game freeze and makes a loud noice and takes me back to my Xbox screen.

Still love how everyone figures that you can fix a game with patches...unless you make something before said patch, and it makes the work you put into it prepatch completely worthless.

I downloaded a new raw arena that was created 3 days ago. And using bray Wyatt with a downloaded blue universal belt. Every single time at the match graphic load screen...it freezes/starts buzzing and crashes back to the Xbox screen. Same thing happens whenever I use a downloaded belt. I legit can’t see how this can be legal. 4 months after release, they patch something to fix something that didn’t work and now the patch has made using arenas/belts downloaded not possible cause it crashes the game. I was reading complaints on the BBB about 2k and I think at this point I’m going to file one. I know nothing will happen but the fact they have to respond and hopefully it annoys them a little brings me joy. I’ve not been able to play 1 whole match using anything downloaded

Well, the newest one is so slapdash they actually recycled assets from like the past 3 games, so that's a factor.

There really is a drastic drop in quality between 2007 and 2008, even accounting for mini-Umaga in the former.

When I was a boy, we pressed triangle to run and we would trick the AI into throwing us through tables instead of actually playing the game.

Kids today, they just want to put one table on top of another seamlessly.

That one bugged me, but not as much as Big Vito in the same game.



It's like they made Vito's head and Nunzio's body, couldn't be bothered to finish either of them, and stuck them together. He has Nunzio's entrance, height and weight too so he's listed as a cruiserweight despite being about 250 pounds.
