Jesus Christ.
Like most people, I mainly know him from Growing Pains. I loved that show when I was a kid and he was a big reason why.

Damn, I just heard him on Dan Le Batard's show last week. He was hilarious.
Rest in peace.

Had the chance to interview him several years ago for a work thing.
Really friendly and accommodating guy.
RIP.

RIP
I watched Growing Pains a lot when I was a kid. I also liked Hope and Gloria which he was a regular on, playing a TV host or something who hated Alan Thicke. He "guest-starred" as himself.

Garry Marshall and Alan Thicke in the same year. Anybody else Paul F. Tompkins does an impression of has to be a little wary right now.
RIP Mr. Thicke.

Died playing hockey with his son. Truly went out doing what he loved. We'll miss you Dr. Seaver.

God, December 31st can't come soon enough. "but people die all the time!" But two of my people died, too, this year.
