Late 90s geeky sitcom Spaced is always guaranteed a laugh. Big Bang Theory, Seinfeld (series 4 - 6), they're always good for comedy and binge watching purposes. Hope you feel better soon.

Blackadder is a high recomendation for me, but if you don't want to be depressed I'd avoid the last episode of series 4.

I would say Bojack Horseman on Netflix but that gets real sad and real. Tho you get a lot of laughs and emotions out of it as well

I started Always Sunny...this show is f***ed up. I love it! It's Always Sunny is legit my favourite comedy of all time. It get's even better when Danny Devito joins the show.

I've been binge watching Stand-up specials of my favorite comedians. And Star Trek TOS on BBC America.
I dunno if you're a fan of him or have HBO, but Bill Maher's starting his new season tonight. It might provide some catharsis if anything.
