What are some songs that people think are sweet love songs, but really arent? Sting (not the wrestler) has constantly stated that "Every Breath You Take" is about a stalker with a crush, not some sweet song for newlyweds to dance to at weddings.

I think Al has at least a couple more anti love songs, like "One More Minute" and "Since You've Been Gone" for the twist ending. |

I really hate this song, but "Lips of An Angel" by Hinder. The song is clearly about cheating on one's GF. With a girl who is also cheating. I thought this was common knowledge, from lyrics and also part of the charm and reason why that awful band reached any mid level of success. |

I don't know if anyone would be dense enough to think that "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails is a love song, but people misinterpreted it as a lust anthem (The song ranked 2nd on AOL's "69 Sexiest Songs of All Time" list). It's a song of self-hatred and nihilistic desperation.
