I'm pretty sure the Cruxifix is in it, I saw someone execute one in a nL video today. I'm also certain that the rest are in FPW-R as well, but am not as sure. Unfortunately none of them are in. Not even a basic Flapjack or Gourdbuster. I am 95% sure both of these moves are in Fire Pro R. Maybe not the running version of the Flapjack but I swear there's a standing version. And if the Gourdbuster isn't, then there are several moves that look almost exactly like it.

And I know this is probably common knowledge, but it still makes me happy that there can be 8 wrestlers in the ring at one time.

Moar gameplay footage! It's nothing really new as it's stuff that was already announced but it's nice to see in action: By the way, I found the video from this article. From what I could gather from the Google translation, they clarified the new moves situation by saying that they intend to have 60 new moves at the time of Early Access release, and 100 in the full release. They mentioned the "before summer vacation maybe" release date and looking it up, it looks like that means mid July(since Summer vacation starts the third week of July in Japan). The article also emphasizes something that was translated as " Parts can be stacked on multiple layers ," freedom not to compare with Returns". Now, you could already stack up to three items on each body part, but I'm guessing they mean that there will be a lot more layers than in Fire Pro R, which is awesome if that's correct! And a screenshot on the official website does seem to support that theory as it shows a whole 9 layers just for the chest (and not top of that, the body part is named "Male Medium 2", which suggests that body parts not only come in different sizes like before but each size has multiple models as well!). But most importantly... Holy shit, baking tray port confirmed! At last!! And I know this is probably common knowledge, but it still makes me happy that there can be 8 wrestlers in the ring at one time. *whispering* pssst! That was already a thing in Fire Pro R! I'm intrigued by "Mission Mode". I'm guessing it's related to the rating system, where you have to wrestle a certain way for a certain type of crowd. I really liked that in the GBA games (or at least one of them, don't remember if both had it).

I know, but considering that 2K still can't figure it out, it still makes me happy to see that (and intergender matches). I'm not sure on Mission Mode, I think it might be a tutorial that's linked to a story mode of sorts. I saw a screenshot that had a tutorial going on, and with no other place that says "tutorial" on those shots, I think that might be it.

I still hope there's some sort of ratings-based challenge. It was especially fun to me because you didn't always have to win the match to succeed, so you could roleplay a loveable jobber if you felt like it.

- When outside the ring, you can grab at an opponent inside; You could also do that in Returns.

I'm quite looking forward to using the original guys, I love generic wrestlers so they'll keep me busy for a while. Wonder why they named one Ernest Miller
I'm starting to get a bit fidgety with the wait now, I do hope they start posted a few more gameplay videos with competent players or at least a few GIFs

Speaking of wrestlers, form what I understand, they had several pro wrestlers take part in events promoting the game (I know at least some of them are from DDT Pro Wrestling). Does that mean this one will finally have some officially licensed real-life wrestlers in there?

Does that mean this one will finally have some officially licensed real-life wrestlers in there? Doesn't seem likely. They've implicitly stated that they had to use made up generic wrestlers for their base due to the changes over the years to how copyright works. Now, could a company come in after game release and sign an official deal to put licensed wrestlers in the game as DLC? Possibly, but not likely. There's no real money for them in it. Plus, if they do so, it may prove to actually be harmful to the CAW community. Anyone who would license official logos and wrestlers to S/C would probably not want anyone else making their wrestlers in game for free. This could open a whole can of worms. It's better to just let it lay instead of considering how much more money having someone like DDT or NOAH or even NJPW licensing to put their wrestlers in the game. Most of the wrestlers brought in for that last appearance are fans of the series, and I'm guessing they were happy to be there. Ibushi, I believe, is supposed to be at the next event in 2 weeks, but that's a paid appearance, I'm willing to bet (not sure if Kota is a fan of the series or not.)

So I wouldn't hold out too much hope for that.

Is it possible for the PS4 version of this game to have a Community Creations equivalent, or is the PC version the undisputed choice for buying this game at the moment? I'm not sure mine can run it.

It's a little early to tell but I guess it will, can't see it being much different to be honest as the online sharing seems to be one of the selling points of the game I'm not sure mine with run it either with my laptop, the specs needed seem quite high but I can run D & G through emulation pretty well but I'm still a little nervous. Not that I'm an expert on PC specs or anything but using the game specs & looking online at suitable laptops, they all seem to be high end gaming laptops

Don't know if it's really the online stuff (although that probably doesn't help), but sprites-based games can require a lot more resources than people tend to assume: Each character is made up of 15 parts (head, torso, 2 upper arms, 2 lower arms, 2 hands, hips, 2 thighs, 2 shins and 2 feet). If as I suspect, each part can have up to 9 items overlayed on top of one another, that brings the total to 135 parts. For a basic match (2 wrestlers + 1 referee), that can bring the total to 405 parts, not counting the weapons, ring and arena stuff, plus particle effects like blood, poison mist and pyros. For a full match (8 wrestlers + 1referee), that makes up to 3645 parts that all need to be rendered at the same time. Then add to this that to accommodate for the moves, dozens if not hundreds of sprites must be in the game's memory for every single part (just remember how many moves every single wrestler had in Fire Pro R). And that's just for the graphics, without taking into account the AI, menus, music, physics, etc... so when you think about all that goes into a match, it starts making sense why it's so resource-intensive despite looking basic (same reason why Minecraft doesn't run all that well on low-end computers).
