FPR had intergender matches, and I think one of the videos had a woman in one of the matches with men for the new game.
I hope they have falls count anywhere. I always liked that.

And I believe that I did see that there's a RR rules setting in it too.

There was already a Royal Rumble style match in Returns. Only thing, I believe, was that it was limited in how many wrestlers it could have (only 10, I think). Hopefully this gives us an option to do up to 108 I don't remember if there are First Blood options in the game, but in Returns you could change some things in the rules (for example, in Battle Royals you could change it up so that eliminations could occur via over the top rope or pinfall/submission or both).

Really excited for this, never really played FirePro before so it's really cool to be able to get a chance to on PC. Looks really interesting so far, can't wait for the release date. Hopefully early access is soon.

They've already introduced quite a lot of new features. Exchanging blows, crawling to the ropes, running and sliding inside the ring, revamped intros, largely improved CAWs, fighting all the way to the stage, etc. Also, unless I'm mistaken, cage matches where you can win by escaping weren't a thing before, so that's at least one new match type. As for the requirements, I'll just bring this up again: Each character is made up of 15 parts (head, torso, 2 upper arms, 2 lower arms, 2 hands, hips, 2 thighs, 2 shins and 2 feet). If as I suspect, each part can have up to 9 items overlayed on top of one another, that brings the total to 135 parts. For a basic match (2 wrestlers + 1 referee), that can bring the total to 405 parts, not counting the weapons, ring and arena stuff, plus particle effects like blood, poison mist and pyros. For a full match (8 wrestlers + 1referee), that makes up to 3645 parts that all need to be rendered at the same time. Then add to this that to accommodate for the moves, dozens if not hundreds of sprites must be in the game's memory for every single part (just remember how many moves every single wrestler had in Fire Pro R). And that's just for the graphics, without taking into account the AI, menus, music, physics, etc... so when you think about all that goes into a match, it starts making sense why it's so resource-intensive despite looking basic (same reason why Minecraft doesn't run all that well on low-end computers).

I have a Surface 4 Pro - m3 processor, but everything else meets the minimum requirements. There's no way I can run this, is there?

That's an insane price for this. I'm getting it first chance I can.

That's an insane price for this. I'm getting it first chance I can. The original US release of FPWR was only $25, so the price has been historically low here. Quite honestly, I'd pay as much for FPWW as I would for the Deluxe presale of any WWE game at this point, that's how much I believe in the series. If the price stays low, I may even get digital copies for some friends who like wrestling, just to make sure more people play it. I really, really hope this game is a hit in the states and makes some kind of impact on 2K, and shows them they've got something to worry about.

Also, July 11th is the release date in Japan. It's the 10th in the west. And the exact price will be 19.99 $/€.
* Shakes fist at publishers still charging the same amount in euros as they do in dollars when euros are worth more but not shaking too virulently because it's still really damn cheap for what it is *
