Without getting into too much medical jargon, it's a method of treating hydrocephalus. Specifically, it's a thin tube inserted into one of the brain's ventricles to drain excessive cerebrospinal fluid. The tube is tunneled under the skin and the other end is typically placed in the stomach. Although, a doctor can also place it in the pleural cavity (near the lungs) or near the heart. Feel better, edgestar! Mine goes into my stomach. I've always had one, but I've had the one I've had now, since I was 4. My mom was nervous that this one was malfunctioning. Thankfully, it isn't. Hope you getting feeling better, I tried posting you a video of corgi puppies but it isn't working but maybe I will be able to figure it out later, for now just imagine cute corgi puppies running out of a laundry basket. Hopefully, you will be able to leave soon.

The nurses asked about plush Deans, and I just said I wanted him as comfort, if I had to stay here. I hope we can both go home, though. I miss my dog, too.
