I feel much better clean shaven. I have sensitive skin and I look like a bum with the way my facial hair grows in. I've tried it and I didn't like it. The itching also drove me crazy. I look younger clean shaven too which is a plus. I'm currently in a relationship but when I wasn't it was important to me to look more presentable and not give women the impression that I was giving up. Some women are into facial hair but I wanted to look and feel more attractive. I can take or leave a moustache. That grows in normal and that doesn't itch. It's also easy to trim. I just can't do the beard thing.

I had a goatee. I decided to go full beard now that I have a son, because my dad had a beard.

Ive had a nice full ginger beard most of my adult life. When it became a hipster douchebag thing to have 5 years ago I shaved mine off. Got really tiresome going out in public and hearing other dudes tell me how much they loved my beard. Worse than that was the guys who asked if they could touch it. f*** no, ladies of course, but why as a dude would you even ask to touch another man's beard?


Anyway after a few months of remembering I hate shaving I grew it back in. Right now its lumberjack length again, but generally I keep it trimmed, I just havent done a spring cleanup yet.

So ya, tl;dr
I hate shaving and I look damn sexy with it, so why not.

Yeah I always have stubble or a mid/moderate beard. It's weird but it's kind of like a defensive mechanism, I feel more confident if I have facial hair, as if it's something I can hide behind. I've also thought that I just look odd without it!

I am just used to being clean shaven. I have tried experimenting a little in the past by going a week without shaving. I ended up shaving it.

I try to maintain a five-day growth. I'm 35 and get ID'd when I'm clean shaven.

I have a job that requires you to be either clean shaven or have a very neatly trimmed beard. Since the latter would take me months to pull off, I'm eternally a babyface.

I don't think one would suit me anyway. I disagree with the notion that they suit everyone. You gotta have the right face.

I shave once every week or so. Enough to grow in some stubble but not a full blown beard, which I find itchy and irritating AF.
