International poster I hate that they replaced the original VAs with those new one. There's no other explanation since top billing means they voice the protagonists, right?  |

It's basic marketing.
Gotta put the more recognizable names out there to attract more viewers, and more people would likely recognize screen actors than they would voice actors.
Besides, the regular VAs are there, just on the bottom.

In the marketing for the original Transformers animated film back in the 80's big names such as Orson Welles, Judd Nelson and Leonard Nemoy got top billing over series regulars like Peter Cullen and Frank Welker. (Granted there was a very good reason for that, given what happened in the film) |
