Eagles DT Chris Long is donating all of the Paychecks he gets this year to charity for scholarships and better education initiatives. The first six specifically went to Charlottesville Schools. The next ten will go to Boston, Philly, and St. Louis programs.
Dude's having a GREAT year, looks like he's playing with an extra fire, this is probably it. Keep at it big man.

The Browns will be starting DeShone Kizer this week after Kevin Hogans disaster of a performance last week.
Oh The Browns are also 1-21 since passing on Carson Wentz. (Thanks btw)

Rankings after Week 6 1. Kansas City Chiefs (5 – 1) 2. Philadelphia Eagles (5 – 1) 3. Pittsburgh Steelers (4 – 2) 4. Minnesota Vikings (4 – 2) 5. Carolina Panthers (4 – 2) 6. New England Patriots (4 – 2) 7. Green Bay Packers (4 – 2) 8. Los Angeles Rams (4 – 2) 9. New Orleans Saints (3 – 2) 10. Buffalo Bills (3 – 2) 11. Miami Dolphins (3 – 2) 12. Atlanta Falcons (3 – 2) 13. Denver Broncos (3 – 2) 14. Washington Redskins (3 – 2) 15. Seattle Seahawks (3 – 2) 16. Detroit Lions (3 – 3) 17. New York Jets (3 – 3) 18. Houston Texans (3 – 3) 19. Tennessee Titans (3 – 3) 20. Jacksonville Jaguars (3 – 3) 21. Arizona Cardinals (3 – 3) 22. Baltimore Ravens (3 – 3) 23. Dallas Cowboys (2 – 3) 24. Cincinnati Bengals (2 – 3) 25. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2 – 3) 26. Chicago Bears (2 – 4) 27. Los Angeles Chargers (2 – 4) 28. Oakland Raiders (2 – 4) 29. Indianapolis Colts (2 – 4) 30. New York Giants (1 – 5) 31. San Francisco 49ers (0 – 6) 32. Cleveland Browns (0 – 6) I'd have the Giants above the Colts. They beat Denver. Also, what happened to the Raiders? 1. That is true, but unfortunately 2 wins is always better than 1 in my rankings (even if the only teams the Colts have beaten are the two winless teams). Trust me, I think the Giants may be better too, but I am forced by myself to abide by the metrics of how I make this list 2. The Raiders have lost 4 straight and lost to a Chargers team that at the time had 1 win against the sorry ass Giants so they will always be behind the Chargers if they have the same record (unless the Raiders can beat the Chargers in Carson). Bears are the top 2-4 team because that Pittsburgh win looks better and better.

Meanwhile, in my Madden game, the Browns are about to have two straight undefeated seasons and we are now regularly smashing everybody by 30+ points or more.

I can't win by more than 21 or the catchup AI murders me. In all seriousness, I'm better off with a 17-14 game at the half than I am with a 28-0 game.My Vikings will morph into the real Browns and my opponent is suddenly eleven radioactive supermen.

I have the crappiest slate of games this week:
Bengals @ Steelers Ravens @ Vikings Cowboys @ Niners
Legitimately may not watch football on Sunday.

Ravens/Vikings is actually an interesting matchup. I mean, it's not a Wrestlemania Main Event, but it's good enough to make the main card.
On a down year.
If nothing else the Bengals/Steelers will be hilarious. It will either be the Bengals receiving a public execution, or the Steelers choking.
Niners/Cowboys is garbage level football. I can't even figure out a way to paint it in a slightly positive light. All I got is if the Cowboys choke you might see some Grade A Jerry Jones expressions of hatred and sadness.

If anything there are a lot of matches between close teams this week, a lot of teams trying to figure out what the hell they are this year...

Eagles Notes
CB Ronald Darby will practice this week. His availability to play will be based on how well he does this week.
LB Jordan Hicks is good to go for The Redskins Game. Nigel Bradham is also good to go.
Special Teams Captain Chris Maragos has been placed on IR with a leg injury, LB Nate Gerry has been promoted from the Practice Squad, Eagles sign WR Rashad Jennings to the Practice Squad.
So yeah big hit to the Special Teams, hopefully they can be alright and hold together, Gerry looked good in preseason. if we get Darby back though it'd be a hell of a full circle, going out vs Washington, coming back vs Washington...

Andrew Luck is well on his way to being on an episode of 30 for 30 called "Out of Luck: The story of how Indy ruined their franchise QB"

Andrew Luck is well on his way to being on an episode of 30 for 30 called "Out of Luck: The story of how Indy ruined their franchise QB" Sit him out for the whole season If i'm Luck no f***ing way am I getting my shoulder ripped off again because of a suck ass OL and hardly any weapons to throw too Go for that high draft pick and build through the draft

If I'm Luck, I f***ing hate the Indy front office. They've had a few years now to build a good team around him and have completely screwed up every time. Terrible drafting on defense, no ability to get him anything close to a good OL, good, but not great weapons around him offensively. He's gonna be 29 when the next season kicks off and has lost a good chunk of the last 2 years to injuries. He was supposed to be 'The Guy' when Manning/Brady were gone and it's looking more and more like he's never going to get there

I have this strange hope that Indy flushes 2 seasons total down the crapper by tanking for Luck twice, just to see him leave and sign with a well run organization that would never consider something as lame as tanking.
