Meanwhile, Markie Pounce is acting like a baby, saying James Harrison has erased his entire Steelers legacy by signing with the Patriots Yet we'll just ignore James Harrison acting like one all year? This is the same James Harrison who "retired" from football 3 years ago, only to come back 6 months later and sign with the rival Bengals. This isn't a "Fool me once" ordeal, he'd literally be out of the league right now if they never brought him back.

I think the whole joke about him being fined for random crap speaks to his issues with his getting fined for dangerous play. But don't say he erased his legacy with a move to the Patriots when as you said beforehand, he had already signed with the Bengals (an actual division rival) and Steelers fans weren't as angry as they are now. I also find it funny that I heard nothing of James Harrison wanting out until after he signed with the Patriots. Didn't hear about it this whole season and didn't hear about it when he originally got released two days before Christmas. Bottom line is you are all angry that he went to a team you try to say you're better than yet every time you play them, you lose. It's like Boston Red Sox fans were like for years with the Yankees. It was rather lame then and it is rather lame now.

It still doesn't defend what Maurkice Pouncey said.

When one of your teammates calls you a "cancer", you'd think it'd be done.

My inside sources are telling me that the Browns suck. I'll have more as the story develops!

Okay, James Harrison is a baby. It still doesn't defend what Maurkice Pouncey said. Yea teammates have a right to be mad at Harrison because he’s been complaining about playing time for weeks now However, Pouncey went too far. It doesn’t erase James from Steelers history but he’s left some bad feelings on his way out for sure. He’ll be welcomed back soon enough no doubt but his 3rd stint with the Steelers is his last one. From the outside looking in it seems he pulled a Farve “selfish” move where it’s all about him and not the people who’s on the field (Watt and Dupree) or could be on the field in regards to Rodgers with Farve

Looking at the list. 1. Jay Gruden - More than likely safe. 2. Adam Gase - The man singlehandedly got the most out of Jay Cutler in his entire career. He deserves a medal. 3. Todd Bowles - Probably gone, but this IS the Jets. 4. Jason Garrett - Definitely safe. 5. Vance Joseph - Likely safe, but will probably be fired during the next season. 6. Jack Del Rio - Safe for one more year. 7. Hue Jackson - This is the strangest case yet. A 1-30 record normally gets you fired, but Hue likely WILL stay, or at the very least, be hired by Cincinnati. 8. Bill O'Brien - Fired on Black Monday. 9. Jim Caldwell - Likely to be fired if there's any coaches the Lions front office finds appealing. 10. Dirk Koetter - Likely to stay one more season. 11. John Fox - Fired on Black Monday. 12. Chuck Pagano - Fired on Black Monday.

The Steelers are expected to hold Ben Roethlisberger and Le'Veon Bell out for Sunday's finale.

I have no idea, he's been vastly overrated for years now and this past season has really exposed him as someone who has been coasting on the greatness that is Aaron Rodgers

How much has Green Bay invested in the defense the past five years? And what have we gotten in return? That's just a failure when it comes to coaching. Yet we'll just ignore James Harrison acting like one all year? This is the same James Harrison who "retired" from football 3 years ago, only to come back 6 months later and sign with the rival Bengals. Most Steeler fans only care about their rivalries with the Ravens and Patriots. Browns are just two wins in the win column every year and the Bengals either suck or beat themselves whenever they face Pittsburgh in an important game.

Jets have announced they've extended the contracts of Todd Bowles and GM Mike Maccagnan.

Jets have announced they've extended the contracts of Todd Bowles and GM Mike Maccagnan. I mean it makes sense Bowles has done a decent enough job since he's gotten here and Mike at least has a plan in place with the roster

There won't be any Sunday night Football to end the season. So it's only appropriate that the subtitle for the Week 17 thread should be "SNF? We Don't need no stinkin SNF"
