Japanese boards were right about Masked Horse being Taguchi.
Fale and GOD will likely defend in a gauntlet vs. teams from CHAOS, Suzuki-gun and the Sekigun. Rough guessing Ishii/Yano/YOSHI, Kanemaru/Taichi/Desperado and Taguchi/Juice/Kojima, respectively.
That leaves Liger, Tiger Mask, Nagata, Tenzan, Nakanishi, Finlay, TAKA, Iizuka, BUSHI, Jado, Romero, Makabe, Yujiro, Leo and a few surprises as possible rumble participants.
