Wait to renew until the beginning of the year!! Shoot, too late. Why, were they going to have a special deal on it? I also found out that they have a NJPW World app on Amazon, so that has lead me to subscribing to Sling TV again to get a free Amazon Fire Stick, something I was planning on doing anyways. Oh, what a tangled web we weave... I believe it bills you the 1st of the month regardless of when you sign up

The service will charge you again on 1/1 regardless if you just joined.

I don't want to be one of "those" people, but I'm going to be one of "those" people, because I just don't have the money to not be.

It's month-to-month no matter what, but you lose access immediately after cancelling so if you want to use it post-WK, you'd be better off cancelling at the end of the month.

Jun Kasai being that high seems odd to me, what's he been up to? He's on so many shows, and always puts in work. Not just a deathmatch guy any more, he can do everything from the intense bouts with minimal weapons (he had a great ONE-lighttube match for DDT on 1/3) to a credible partner in mixed tags for Ice-Ribbon, and all points in-between. As far as Japan goes, he's one of the most-booked guys, is always super cool to fans, and always delivers. Him being that high does not surprise me at all.

After a bit of ticket help if anyone has any ideas.
Finally got my funds in place to go to Japan and order tickets for the event. The website on NJPW site now says “acceptance period of this item was over” so looks like I’ve missed out that way. Does anyone know any other way to get tickets??

Besides, I get my Fire Stick tomorrow, I can test out the app, and I have a few days off that I can use to watch the last few WKs.

I will say for watching back catalog, it's not the easiest to navigate and I prefer the computer/phone app.

Navigation for back catalog is definitely better and easier to use on PC/phone.

Announced today that more tickets will be released, so there's still hope for those who wanna go although these will have a shallow view it appears.
Looks like WK12 is succedding all expectations

The website on NJPW site now says “acceptance period of this item was over” so looks like I’ve missed out that way. Does anyone know any other way to get tickets?? Looking at for example Lawson Tickets site, they've got two levels available, although that is only available for buying at a convenience store in Japan: 1F Stand (advance 9,500 yen, at the gate 10,000 yen) 2F Stand B (advance 4,500 yen, at the gate 5,000 yen) Although some other stores only have 1F Stand for sale. Tokyo Dome seating chart: www.livehis.com/seat/seat2_tokyodome.htmlI clicked through a bit for both and got mid-A level for 1F, and mid-E level for 2F, so I'm guessing that there are more 1F tickets left right now. I'll go out on a limb and say that there will indeed be tickets sold at the gate on the day, but the best/least stressful way would probably be to go to the first available convenience store (apparently Lawson) ticket terminal after arriving.

Awesome, thank you for that. Think our hotel isn’t too far away from a Lawson store, so that’ll be my first stop once we’ve checked in. Crazy excited now

It really is just about time for predictions, isn't it?
I need to sit back and think things through a bit before I give it a shot, but I'll restate something I said in another thread: Okada/Naito being such a huge draw and ticket seller means they've got a lot more room to experiment this year with matches and results on the rest of the card, so a few surprises might be in store, though we may not know the extent of them until New Years Dash.
