I don't think she needs to go Dark Side Undertaker or anything, but maybe keep it up for the whole entrance, and keep her from talking too much?

Don't worry, Vince will fix that once she gets brought up.

Don't worry, Vince will fix that once she gets brought up. This is actually the very first time I've WANTED Vince to see an NXT gimmick, say "I don't get it.", and proceed to completely mess with it.

Don't worry, Vince will fix that once she gets brought up. Exactly, I can see Vince and Dunne seeing her debut vignettes and her entrance and be like “make this woman scary!”

Exactly, I can see Vince and Dunne seeing her debut vignettes and her entrance and be like “make this woman scary!” If it means she stops timidly giggling and rolling her eyes during promos, I'll take it. If it also means she becomes some sort of actual ninja vampire warrior, I'll laugh hysterically, but still consider it a character upgrade.

She's hot. Honestly that's all I'm concerned with.

A heel turn is needed, make her go crazy and it'll work far better Honestly, if she was going to win at Houston, I'd have had her get desperate and cheat to win. It would have fit with the story they were kinda telling with Asuka where she got two chances and couldn't find a way to beat her. She realizes that she can only have so many chances to win the title before she is pushed aside. Alternatively to keep her face have Billie Kay screw her over or something.

In Shimmer she started out as a cocky heel with an awesome ring introduction and was so entertaining and so good she was turned face by the fans. Then she was this tweener who couldn't give a damn about the fans and came out to massive cheers after her star making feud with Mercedes Martinez. That Ember was a superstar. That Ember could draw megabucks.
That Ember only lasted about two shows. Yep, pretty soon she started slapping hands and screaming "Come On!" and the magic was gone. She was then injured for a year and came back with this odd Game of Thrones style entrance and wearing a mask. It was pretty cool, but then she demasks, slaps hands and kills it again.
She's now doing exactly the same in NXT and it's infuriating. She's a world class talent that has great ideas but can't commit to a character. I have no idea why Dave Prazak, Sarah Stock, Regal or whoever is training her didn't or hasn't taught her character work. Is Stock still working there? Because if so she was just the best at playing the cool cocky tweener character that Ember should be.
