Say he's proven to be innocent of the charges. Does the WWE bring him back as if nothing happened? Given how quickly they axed him, I really have my doubts as to his innocence. Normally WWE has a "wait and see" attitude as it relates to legal charges. I have NEVER seen them fire someone this quickly after an accusation.

This is completely unimportant in the grand scheme of this story, but I wonder how this leaves Cass long term. A possible feud and/or reteaming with Enzo was possibly on the cards, and his entire WWE/NXT history to reference was built on being one half of that duo. Plus you know the guy's gonna get hounded with questions about what he does or doesn't know about this case. Cass could be brought back as back/muscle for someone upon his return. Eh, just put him with the Miz

This probably didn't help things much either. Sounds like that's probably what made them decide to ditch him. And that he's apparently been aware of it for months while just keeping it to himself is not a good look on him at all.

Yeah I'm going to let it all play out, but I have to be honest, I have a gut feeling taht he's guilty too.

I assume that independent contractors can be cut for any reason, so even if cleared there's probably no lawsuit he could file. I imagine not letting your company know also is grounds for termination. If I get a DUI and I don't notify my place of employment and they somehow catch wind of it, I'm done.

So lets put this into perspective...
Enzo couldn't even wrestle and barely made it to the Performance Center. He's had injures in NXT that sidelined him for a while and the same on the main roster. His wrestling never really improved. Beyond all of that he had mad heat, was kicked off the bus, ain't cool with Cass of all people and through it all he kept moving. Now after these allegations, comments and the police report, he's been let go.
Let this be a lesson to you: it doesn't matter how bad you are at your job. If anything like this happens? It goes above all because at the end of the day sexual assault is no f***ing joke. You can f*** up at your job but you can't f*** up in regards to this.

This probably didn't help things much either. If true, holy f*** dude! How do you figure that was in any way a good idea in any scenario?

If he's innocent the least he could have done was inform them of the situation. It's possible he could've thought the situation would've been or was handled. Either way he had to have known at some point it was going to come back.

Say he's proven to be innocent of the charges. Does the WWE bring him back as if nothing happened? Given how fast they moved on this there has to be some pretty damning evidence that they're trying to get ahead of. And even if he didn't do it, I doubt he ever comes back. The guy seems to be way more trouble than he's worth even without this. I also think giving his hard partying lifestyle things are gonna get ugly fast for him without the WWE to hold him accountable.

Just think...
With witnesses and an arrest on file for domestic violence, Rich Swann remains employed.
I can't help but think they have more information than is public right now.

amen. i couldn't stand him and have never understood what people saw in him. he was nothing more than a loud mouth gnat in my eyes. But it does surprise me they fired him so fast...which makes it seem like there's more to it than just an accusation..and i'm not talking about him not telling them about it. Considering the girl admitted there were drugs all over the hotel room, maybe they at least confirmed that part of the story with those other two that were there...in which case it makes sense to get rid of him asap.

Could 205 Live be any more cursed? Half the damn roster were members of the Zo-Train.

They're gonna want to remove any possible association with Enzo from memory.
