Are You Gonna Go My Way?
I don't get it. At all. It's kind of a small horse, I mean what am I missing? Am I crazy?

This thread has been eye opening for a variety of reasons.
I'm just not sure either way. There's certainly a chance he did it. There's certainly a chance he's innocent. I feel like there's more shoes to drop here.
As for his job: He was idiotic not to tell the company that there was a potentially huge problem on the horizon.

I've never been a big follower of Snooki, but, I don't seem to recall hearing anything of her in a negative light, since getting married/having her children. That's what I mean, she still parties, but she's smart about it. My das is 60 years old and he spend at least one dya a week awake until 9:30 AM Dancing. You can party whenever, drugs are a different thing

In the absence of physical evidence, witnesses, or any type of smoking gun, a decent lawyer will destroy this girl in court if it ever gets there. So if it actually did happen, then that's a pretty shitty spot to be in. A somewhat effective lawyer would destroy her in court. Whether or not they'd be "decent" is up for debate. Regardless of the facts of this case, however, Arndt's release by WWE was most likely due not to the investigation, but to the obvious breach in the conduct clause of his contract. The subtext of that is that an overall pattern in his behaviour consistently put the company's image at risk. He allowed unauthorized people into the locker room area, alienated most of the roster to the point of being kicked off the tour bus during the European tour, and has now been publicly associated with a group (rather younger than he is, by some reports) known for drug use, sexual misconduct and possible mental-health issues - regardless of what his conduct actually was in that alleged incident. It is not a good look for any company, and recent issues with others on the roster made him a convenient example with whom they can send a message to the boys.

Nope, it's 100% because he didn't inform them of the situation in the last three months. That's the only thing that turned it from a suspension into a termination. Now, I know this might not please everyone, but I'm temporarily locking this thread, as it's going in circles at this point until there's anything further to actually add to it.
