I honestly have no idea how to grade this one, in that I kind of don't really think I'd call it great but I did find it to be a lot of fun.

Can we have a "better than I expected" option? Because that's what I pick.

I don’t even know. I’m going to say something I never thought I’d say... the match really improved when Nia Jax showed up.
Still I enjoyed it.

I'm gonna be generous and give it an 8. Overall I enjoyed it. It had some fun spots and some fun returns. Not something I need to see every year. It being the first time for it, it was closer to a success than a failure. I am NOT grading the stupidity of the post match stuff.

It was fun but got a little clunky especially when the mid 2000s women not named Beth Phoenix or Mccool came in
Great first effort

I wrote this in the match thread but it was like the John Cena/Big Johnny match. Fun in a weird way but not something I need to see main event.

It was pretty dang awful. Pretty much everyone spent half the time on the outside and a lot of the eliminations looked awkward as hell. Some cool surprises though. Glad Asuka won too.

I didn't think it was bad and it was nowhere near the train wreck that a lot of people were expecting. And while I would have preferred more NXT girls, the surprise entrants we had were a lot of fun. I loved Asuka and Ember Moon running into each other and I got excited during the Trish/Mickie face off.
It wasn't perfect, but not bad. I'm going to give it an 8.

I'll give it a 7. I liked all the surprise entrants and there were a lot of fun moments. Too much of people who were still in the match just laying outside the ring but overall a fun match.
Also didn't mind Steph as much as I thought I would. She was fine.

I found it a lot of fun. A little sloppy at points cause some of the women haven't wrestled in years, but I enjoyed it. Really, that's all I need from a wrestling match is for it to give me some enjoyment.

I didn't think it was bad and it was nowhere near the train wreck that a lot of people were expecting. Yeah, honestly it went way better than I thought it would. They were really smart about structuring it and everyone involved brought their A-game.

A bit sloppy and I feel that there were too many 'nostalgia' act spots which could have gone to NXT showcases. Seriously Torrie & K2 couldn't wrestle in their prime, why not have the Iconic Duo or Nikki Cross out there instead?
Also Molly Holly might have injured her back really badly on her elimination and that makes me real mad.
I still gave it a 7 though because I enjoyed it

6/10. Went better than I expected, and the the nostalgia acts kept the crowd active.
Still relied on way too many people laying around do very little, and lacked the great drama of the men's match with the final four. Still a solid start for the first every women's Rumble and fingers crossed they can actually build the divisions on both show's to the point where they won't need the nostalgia as much next year.

8 for me.
At the very least, the women can say they had a better first Rumble than the first Men's Royal Rumble back in 88.

A lot of botches and miscommunication, plus a confusion about who was still in or not due to the outside being constantly populated. But some solid guests, spots, and good nostalgia pops. Let's go with a 5. Would watch again.

It was great. Started off slow and a little too reliant on nostalgia acts but I enjoyed the continuity of Beth and Natalya. I liked seeing Trish and Lita return. Sasha gradually turning heel as the night went on was great storytelling. And Asuka won. The Ronda appearance came after the Rumble and I like that she didn't just flat out dominate right way. Stephanie was also pleasant on commentary. Overall I give this an 8 because the first half was pretty clunky.

Really solid 7, I had a lot of fun watching it. There were a few questionable decisions, but they didn't get in the way for me.

5 out of 10.
Firmly average. Lots of standing around doing nothing, weird little botches and odd psychology choices (Way to make the eclipse look like garbage).
Plus, I mean, it felt so by the numbers and overly WWE produced. The Bellas getting to have spots in the final 2, Stephanie on commentary squawking out the word historic like a verbal tic.
