I'm predicting that the Asylum Mockbuster version "Gryphon Girl" is coming out before the real deal

Oh the Snyder fans are not going to like that first one. How dare heroes not give up on humanity even when the chips are down! DECONSTRUCTION~! Zack Snyder: I deconstruct things all the time! Ron Howard: he doesn't. Snyder: making things darker for no real reason is the definition of deconstruction! Howard: but it really isn't...

Look, I know the Gold Armor is canonical and comes from the comic, but man if it doesn't look like something a mediocre cos-player would make out of syrofoam.

I liked the first one and this one has an awesome cover of ‘Blue Monday’ somewhere down the line. I’m good with that.

Yep, Maxwell Lord has the reality-warping powers he had in DC Rebirth which explains Steve Trevor's return. Also it seems Cheetah gets more animalistic as the movie goes on, progressing from the woman in costume Golden and Silver age version to the anthropomorphic Post-Crisis version. Which is neat. Although the part where she was full-on cat lady was at night so maybe it's the old thing of she can only change during a full moon.

I’m more than going to give it a shot, because “Wonder Woman” was arguably the best non-Nolan DC movie, but I’m having a seriously hard time taking Kristen Wiig seriously as a comic book move supervillain.

I'm in the same boat. It's a step up from the days of Richard Pryor bumbling through a Superman movie, but she still feels like a weak link in the cast. Same time though, James Gunn has John Cena in a dorky metal helmet.

still bummed out they're being so stubborn about not doing any sort of streaming of this so I'll have to wait even longer to see it.

They've managed to make a bright film with high stakes. And I don't want this to be the end of Cheetah either.

I believe this makes Wonder Woman the first female Gold Saint.
Unless there was one that I missed in the entirety of Saint Seiya.
