I'm not sure if anyone but AJ could drag Taker to a good match now. I'm actually a little optimistic with Cena. If for no other reason than the guy is superhuman, so if Taker's not up to it, Cena can pretty much deadlift him into any spots. He can carry Taker in the most literal sense. I agree. The main reason why the match with Roman was poorly received was because of the cringe-inducing tombstone botch in the middle, and that was because Roman was too high over Taker’s shoulder to be able to deadlift him. There is no was in HELL that would happen with Cena. Plus, Cena mentioned in his promo “one more match”. So I think that both Cena and Taker know that this is it and will go all out to make this as good a retirement match as possible. So yeah, I have a strong feeling that they’ll surprise doubters and that it'll be a really good match.

Lads, big match John is big match John for a reason. This will be takers best mania match since the punk one. And yeah I reckon it will be his last. Dead man retired last year, American badass goes this year.

I honestly think this match will be just as if not even more embarrassing than last year. I have no hope for this match. Cena is good, but he’s not a miracle worker.

Just old school Taker it. It’s not like Taker did much from 90-94 or so. Certainly he can still do that. But he’s likely gonna be the UnderBiker and Kid f***ing Rock will play him to the ring. I would go further than 94 and argue his first truly great Wrestlemania Match was against Nash in 12 in 1996. Before that you 7 which was basically a squash match/8 a so so match against an acholic who wanted to quit/ 9 against Gonzales (enough said) and 11 against Bundy (again enough said) He really didn’t start having great feuds until 96 with Mankind or great matches until 97 with Bret sand Shawn.

It makes me wonder, had Sting not gotten injured in that Rollins match, would WM 32 have been Sting/Taker instead of Taker/Shane.

He hasn't had a good match for 5 years so I sure hope so.

I honestly think this match will be just as if not even more embarrassing than last year. I have no hope for this match. Cena is good, but he’s not a miracle worker. Counterpoint John Cena drug The Great Khali to a decent match. and he's 100 times less mobile than Taker.

They'll just play 2K18 versions of themselves on the Jumbotron Saying that reminds me that Big Show had video game footage in his Titantron for a few weeks in 2004.

But for real he's retiring in 2020 in a double retirement match with Terry Funk.

I think it all depends on how his surgery has improved his life/in-ring mobility. I do think either way, if he continues, it should only be for a few more marquee matches. Cena, Rollins, Strowman would be a pretty nice string to go out on. But if this it against Cena, it's definitely not a bad match - in theory - to go out on.

Did y'all saw him last year?
He looked like literal shit it was embarrassing.
He was part of my childhood and I'm thankful for that but current Undertaker is a fat, grey, senior citizen with artificial hips stick together by spit and bubblegum.
